  This was my families third year vacationing in the Bethany area and our first year renting from Gary and Dawn. They offer more amenities then the other place we have stayed at which makes for more room in the car for the trip down. My wife and I would highly recommend staying at Gary and Dawns and would be staying there again next year if we decide to vacation at the DE beaches.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

  My family and I have gone to Bethany Beach 5 years now and have always stayed at Bethany Bay but our first stay at this particular unit. The pictures and details accurately reflected the appearance and amenities for the unit and Gary and Dawn were very helpful to our questions and quick to respond to our needs. My family and I were happy with our stay and had an awesome week; can't wait to return next year.

  This was our first time to Bethany Beach for a family vacation and our 1st time to Bethany Bay Resorts. What a great place to stay.. The condo was neat and clean and was well equip for your week long stay. We took advantage of using the bikes and the beach supplies that are offered. It was a simple commute to Bethany Beach and surrounding areas. The beach was clean and very family oriented. We enjoyed the area and all it had to offer. We also ventured to surrounding beaches and all were very welcoming. Great time had by all including my 3 year old daughter who loved the beach and place we stayed at.. Felt like home!!! Would come back again in the blink of an eye.. Thanks for a great vacation!!!!

  My best friends and I are both teachers and my rented this condo for the first week of our summer vacation. The condo was well kept and had everything we needed to cook, clean and relax! The condo complex has a great pool and we even attended a water aerobics class. The beach is less than 5 minutes away. I would definitely rent again, as long as I receive my security deposit back. Thank you Dawn and Gary,.

  The condo was extremely clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The amenities were close by and the view was great! We enjoyed the pool and golf course....wished we had more time to vacation and stay longer! Will definitely return!

  My wife and I have rented this condo several times. The listing was very accurate. All ammenities where in top shape and working. Very clean condo and well maintained. Very nicely decorated. Beautiful view from the porch. The owners are wonderful and very helpful. I would rent this unit again and would recomend it to anyone.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

  We were at Gary and Dawn's conda last week, and we were so impressed. It was clean, fresh and was exactly as it was represented. I especially appreciated the beach chairs and the little beach cart.   This was our 3rd year staying at Gary and Dawn's condo and it was another terrific time! It is so accomodating, which makes your packing so much lighter. There are so many different things to do and not a lot of driving. Our kids have a blast every year!

  Our stay at Bethany Bay was fun and relaxing. Gary and Dawn were very helpful and easy going with the whole reservation process. Their condo is very nicely decorated, well-equipped, comfortable, and full of little extras which made it easier for us traveling with our young children. The pool and recreation area was great. We also enjoyed the screened-in porch and the views of the marshes. Bethany Bay is well located far away from the noise but close to all the conveniences and the beaches.

  Our stay at your condo was great. The space is tastefully decorated and nicely equipped - very comfortable and relaxing. We found it centrally located to the beaches and golf courses. The highlight was to enjoy the wonderful view of the marshlands from the porch mornings and evenings. Gary and Dawn were very helpful.
