Only 3 miles to the beach, this beautiful, first-floor condominium 1200sq. ft. new in 2004 located in Bethany Bay with all the amenities of home. Relax in our king-size bed in the master bedroom with its own bathroom. The screened-in porch and master bedroom overlook wetlands and the Indian River Bay ( a great view). Full-size, eat-in kitchen with all the utensils. Bedrooms and living room all have cable TV/DVD.
If you have a boat or jet-ski, the resort furnishes a boat ramp just seconds away (the boat ramp can handle up to a 21 foot boat). A short walk to the pool and the condominium is just minutes away from the beach and the boardwalk. The resort is also located on a 9 hole golf course, (it's so hard to have to go back home). We were at Gary and Dawn's conda last week, and we were so impressed. It was clean, fresh and was exactly as it was represented. I especially appreciated the beach chairs and the little beach cart. This was our 3rd year staying at Gary and Dawn's condo and it was another terrific time! It is so accomodating, which makes your packing so much lighter. There are so many different things to do and not a lot of driving. Our kids have a blast every year!

Our stay at Bethany Bay was fun and relaxing. Gary and Dawn were very helpful and easy going with the whole reservation process. Their condo is very nicely decorated, well-equipped, comfortable, and full of little extras which made it easier for us traveling with our young children. The pool and recreation area was great. We also enjoyed the screened-in porch and the views of the marshes. Bethany Bay is well located far away from the noise but close to all the conveniences and the beaches.

Our stay at your condo was great. The space is tastefully decorated and nicely equipped - very comfortable and relaxing. We found it centrally located to the beaches and golf courses. The highlight was to enjoy the wonderful view of the marshlands from the porch mornings and evenings. Gary and Dawn were very helpful.

Our family had a great week of vacation at Gary and Dawn's place! It's a short drive to Bethany Beach and convenient to many of the other beaches. The nearby restaurants and shops are great - suggest Mango's, Bethany Blues, and Harpoon Hannas. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I got a few rounds of golf in and the wife and kids hung out at the pool after lounging on the beach all day. It was nice to come back and relax in the a/c after a "rough day". Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

Once again, we spent our second summer vacation at Gary and Dawn's condo in Bethany Bays, and once again, everything was perfection! The place was spotless, contained all of the amenities that required us to bring very little from our home (beach stuff, bikes, games, kitchen gadgets, linens, etc.) and the decor is beautiful! The location of the condo is lovely...peaceful water views and very quiet. It was a pleasure to be there and we would rent again in a heartbeat!

Thank you Gary and Dawn for a great stay in Bethany Bay! The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed the screened porch with the beautiful views every day as well as the pool and fitness center. Bethany Bay is located close to all of the ocean beaches and resturants but, it is in a quiet and restful area. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Stayed for one week in late August/early Sept. 2010. Condo is very clean, and is very well equipped and comfortable. Our stay was great, we enjoyed the pool and riding bikes etc. This condo is a great place fo enjoy you vacation, you will not be disappointed. We hope to return soon.

We rented this two bedroom condo for one week. The heat index was well over 107 degrees. We were cool. The decor in this condo is beachy and comfortable. We never had a chance to look in the gargae to use the grill or beach chairs. The view of the wetlands is soothing. The place was clean and comfy. Renting from Gary and Dawn was EASY. They know what they are doing. I'd recommend this for any age. First floor makes the condo easy accessible to those of us with bad knees.
