My wife and I have rented this condo several times. The listing was very accurate. All ammenities where in top shape and working. Very clean condo and well maintained. Very nicely decorated. Beautiful view from the porch. The owners are wonderful and very helpful. I would rent this unit again and would recomend it to anyone.

This was our 3rd year staying at Gary and Dawn's condo and it was another terrific time! It is so accomodating, which makes your packing so much lighter. There are so many different things to do and not a lot of driving. Our kids have a blast every year!

Our stay at Bethany Bay was fun and relaxing. Gary and Dawn were very helpful and easy going with the whole reservation process. Their condo is very nicely decorated, well-equipped, comfortable, and full of little extras which made it easier for us traveling with our young children. The pool and recreation area was great. We also enjoyed the screened-in porch and the views of the marshes. Bethany Bay is well located far away from the noise but close to all the conveniences and the beaches.

Our stay at your condo was great. The space is tastefully decorated and nicely equipped - very comfortable and relaxing. We found it centrally located to the beaches and golf courses. The highlight was to enjoy the wonderful view of the marshlands from the porch mornings and evenings. Gary and Dawn were very helpful.

Our family had a great week of vacation at Gary and Dawn's place! It's a short drive to Bethany Beach and convenient to many of the other beaches. The nearby restaurants and shops are great - suggest Mango's, Bethany Blues, and Harpoon Hannas. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I got a few rounds of golf in and the wife and kids hung out at the pool after lounging on the beach all day. It was nice to come back and relax in the a/c after a "rough day". Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

Thank you Gary and Dawn for a great stay in Bethany Bay! The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. Stayed for one week in late August/early Sept. 2010. Condo is very clean, and is very well equipped and comfortable. Our stay was great, we enjoyed the pool and riding bikes etc. This condo is a great place fo enjoy you vacation, you will not be disappointed. We hope to return soon.

Once again, we spent our second summer vacation at Gary and Dawn's condo in Bethany Bays, and once again, everything was perfection! The place was spotless, contained all of the amenities that required us to bring very little from our home (beach stuff, bikes, games, kitchen gadgets, linens, etc.) and the decor is beautiful! The location of the condo is lovely...peaceful water views and very quiet. It was a pleasure to be there and we would rent again in a heartbeat!

Relaxing retreat

We rented this two bedroom condo for one week. The heat index was well over 107 degrees. We were cool. The decor in this condo is beachy and comfortable. We never had a chance to look in the gargae to use the grill or beach chairs. The view of the wetlands is soothing. The place was clean and comfy. Renting from Gary and Dawn was EASY. They know what they are doing. I'd recommend this for any age. First floor makes the condo easy accessible to those of us with bad knees.

Our stay at Bethany Bay was GREAT!! The condo is beautiful and the view was awesome. The listing description portrays the condo and the ammenities accurately. Renting from Dawn and Gary was simply put "easy". They were very prompt at answering any questions and were very thorough at providing you with all the information you need. Our stay at Gary and Dawn's condo was excellent. The area is quiet and peaceful and removed from the main road. We enjoyed the pool nearly every day. Everything you need is in the unit including a fully equipped kitchen for cooking all your meals. Beautiful patio where we enjoyed breakfast many mornings. I highly recommend renting from them and hope we return to Bethany again next year for our vacation!!

Gary and Dawn's condo at Bethany Bays is perfect for a hassle free and relaxing vacation. The condo is beautifully decorated, inviting and stocked with everything you need to feel at home. The extras they provided such as movies, games, beach chairs, bikes...you name it, made this place even more of an awesome vacation spot!! The views from the balcony and master bedroom were absolutely beautiful as well. Bethany Bays in general is a great vacation location, but staying in Gary and Dawn's condo made it even more of a treat!! Thank you!!!!

We loved staying at Bethany Bay. My husband and 2 sons golfed every morning, while my daughter and I rode the bikes from the condo or played some tennis and we all met at the pool. After a quick lunch we hit the beach, the umbrellas and chairs were greatly appreciated. In the evening we enjoyed boating on the bay and just relaxing at the water. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo!!! Everything was absolutely perfect...so much space, so cozy and inviting. We had a blast at all the local beaches and Ocean City. Assateague was a beautiful trip as well...worth the 50 min drive!!! Will definitely stay here again... I miss it already!!!!

We had a wonderful week in Bethany. The condo is clean, comfy and nicely decorated. It's also stocked, I definately overpacked! It was perfect for a young family. I did rent a crib for my 18 month old and with a little maneuvering it fit nicely in their room. The pool was in walking distance so we were there every day. Everything you need is nearby and the drive to the beach was 10 minutes or less. Gary and Dawn were seamless in their communication and we would definately rent this condo again.

We had a wonderful time at your beautiful condo. The place was very clean and nicely furnished. It had everything a family would need. We really liked the golf clubs and beach chairs which were provided. Good thinking. The view off the rear porch looking out onto the marsh and inlet is quite peaceful. The pool was great. We had a wonderful time. Beautiful weather. Surprisingly, not too far to the beach and parking was very easy in Bethany. We had a guest in a wheel chair. We didn't anticipate that the porch would not be wheelchair accessible, but everything else worked out fine.

We had a beautiful week at the condo. We love the family atmosphere and feel so relaxed in Bethany Bay. The condo was perfect for our family with two young boys, and had everything we needed. I especially like that there are chairs and an umbrella to use instead of having to pack them ourselves. The condo was very clean and we will be going back again.

We had a great time and the condo worked out fantastic! It was well suited for a family with two small children. The condo itself was super clean, everything new or nearly new, well equiped with everything you need in the kitchen! The games, bikes and Movies were all an extra nice bonus. The overall complex was very nice including pool, golf and tennis. We used the large kids playground several times. Easy access with a short 10 min drive directly to bethany beach. Shopping, grocery and restaurants within 5 min drive so overall fantastic value! We plan to rent again next time we visit Bethany! Much thanks to the owners for helping us have a wonderful vacation experience!

The only thing we needed for our vacation was better weather. We picked the worst week of the summer weather wise to vacation. It was rainy/cloudy most of the week. However, having a nice condo made being rained in a bit easier. The condo is very nice - spacious, very clean & has everything needed. The movies & games helped pass the rainy days. The bikes were huge hit - we did alot of bike riding. Gary & Dawn were very accomadating & made the entire rental process very simple. The week we went on vacation ended up being the worst weather week of the summer. It was cloudy/rainy most of the week. However, having a nice condo made being rained in a bit easier. The condo is spacious, very clean, has everything you would need and the location is awesome. The movies & games were a nice touch & helped pass the rainy days away. The bikes provided were a huge hit - we did alot of bike riding. Gary & Dawn were very easy to work with & accomadating. As the other comments say, this place was a joy to stay in! It was very nicely decorated, and very clean! There was everything anyone on vacation would need, and then some! Everything you'll need for a beach vacation is provided by the owners. Beach chairs, umbrella, bikes etc. It was really nice to have the grill too! The townhome is kept in perfect condition also. Having the pool, tennis courts, and golf so close was great too!

stayed at the condo week of June 9th, 2007 it was everything we expected and more- Gary and Dawn went WAY out of their way giving us directions, and stayed till after 10 pm , to help us get there!!!! had an excellent time overall, but there was a freak cold front our last 4 days there-wish I had taken my boat, though- bethany bay has a nice boat ramp, and the garage that came with the condo gives plenty of room to store a boaT ( summer flounder hitting in the bay, along with weakfish and blues) would definately go back and stay here!!!

Several of my family members stayed in this condo last week and were very comfortable. It is nicely furnished, located in a community with many amenities, and has a lovely view. The owners are very cooperative but luckily we did not have to contact them as everything we needed was provided and in good working order.

The condo offered the comfort of home. It was super clean when we arrived. The pool was great.
