Stonehurst Condominiums are located 1 mile from the North Conway town village. Adjacent to the unit is the Stonehurst Manor which offers casual yet fine dining. This unit is fully furnished, immaculate and comfortable. Three bedrooms are located on the lower level all offering a color TV with DVD.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and adjoining private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third offers two twin beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom on the same level. The over sized loft has a king and two twin beds for an additional sleeping area.
The kitchen is fully furnished and adjoins to the dining room with seating for eight and a small deck. The living room area is spacious with two full couches and two love seats, a flat screen TV with DVD~ Another small deck is located off the living room over looking the inn.

- Air Conditioning : COmmercial wall unit which is extremely quiet whenin use. This unit cools the main level and loft. The lower level is always cool throughout the summer.
- Linens Provided : All linens are provided but guest may bring their own if preferred. We do request guests to wash any linens used during their stay or pay an additional fee for this service.
- Washer : Full size wash located in the 1/2 bath on the main level which is used only by this unit.
- Dryer : Full size dryer located in the 1/2 bath on the main level which is used only by this unit.
- Gas Fireplace : The gas fireplace is turned off for the summer months.

Year Purchased: 2005
This property is a second home for us which we rent out to guests when we are not using it ourselves. I mention this because some rentals are never seen by their owners maintained to any great extent. We absolutly love the area and wish we could use the condo more often to ski, hike, bike and fish! We hope you enjoy it as well and appreciate your inquiry!

North Conway has always been a destination point for us. It is a quick drive from the Boston area and once you arrive you feel like you are truly "away" and can really relax! There is always something to do in the area or you can just relax and enjoy the peaceful property.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The location of our condo is perfect for anyone who likes to enjoy the downtown but wants peace and quiet. We were concerned when we purchased a condo vs. a private home that the condo may be loud. That hasn't been the case at all. We rarely hear neighbors and the unit is nestled into the woods so you don't even hear vehicles near by.The property overlooks Mt. Washington which is a beautiful sight! Stonehurst Manor also does an exceptional job with the grounds and overall property maintenance.

This condo was one fo the best places to rent. My husband and 3 year old daughter had a wonderful stay. The interiors are warm and inviting.. its has just the right amount of personal touches thats makes you feel at home. The location is perfect.. you are just a few minutes to all the near by attractions. I see us renting this place year after year!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.
