Downstairs has two bedrooms and bathroom. There is also an upstairs with a double-bed, bathroom, front room and separate entrance. A lawn and front deck overlooks the beach and cove. Back deck overlooks backyard and wooded area. Living room downstairs and front room upstairs both provide views of the water and Bay.
On a shorefront lot on a private road, this secluded setting is just minutes from Rockland and half an hour from Rockport and Camden.

There are some places that I consider a "God Spot". This cottage, deck and view is certainly one. My family enjoyed breakfast this week on the deck, eating blueberry pancakes as well as many other good times.

From Michigan we came Three girls praying "Please no rain" We followed the map to "Mills Cove" And immediately fell in love The smell, the sea, the dark, big rock We hunted sea glass and never needed a clock The nights cold, days warmed by the sun Every moment was filled with such fun The time just flew, the week went so fast Oh how we wished our vacation would last We just wanted to say a kind "Thank You" So for now, we bid you a sincere "Adieu"
