--PROPERTY INFO--
Beautifully rehabbed 150 year old Row House on one of the most beautiful blocks in Baltimore. The front features a street full of Bradford Pear Trees, best seen in early spring....out back you'll find a 10 x 15 deck overlooking a quaint back yard, a parking pad for 1 car, and a small neighborhood park just steps away.....On the inside you'll find 2400 sf of contemporary loft style living....be sure to click on link at the bottom of the page to see many more photos!!
I live next door to this property, and I enjoy sharing my home and Baltimore with folks from around the world...Children are most welcome but please look at the photos to decide if you're comfortable having them run around this house....Quiet, responsible drinkers and non-drinkers are welcome and smokers are welcome (but ALL smoking must be done outside with butts disposed of appropriately)....Drugs in any form are not welcome....
As for parking, there is a parking pad in the back that accomodates 1 vehicle less than 20' long, and no permits are required for that space......Other than that, this is a permit only neighborhood....not typically too bad if there are no ballgames, but a guaranteed ticket on game days.....I do have a visitors permit that may be used for a second vehicle, but you'll have to sign over your first born if anything happens to it!!! It's like gold, and once lost, it can't be replaced until next year!!!
Drop me a line with any questions!!
Regards
Bryan

Why the Owner Chose Baltimore
Location, Location, Location....Just footsteps to Camden Yards, the convention center and in the inner harbor!
This is the Camden Line to Washington DC. Runs M-F, takes about 1 hr 15 mins, costs ~$9 one way. There is another line called the Penn Line which is quicker and runs more frequently, but it leaves about 4 miles away.

I am self employed (real estate among other things) and Holly has PhD in Aquatic Ecology and works in the science field. We enjoy travelling both nationally and internationally a great deal, and when we travel, we always try to use vacation rentals and privately owned lodging when we can. We always appreciate the custom service many private home owners provide when we are making our plans, and we try to pay that service forward to our guests whenever possible.

Brian, your home is breathtaking and more beautiful than even the pictures can show. Its location is perfect for walking to the convention center and the house had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything, and comfortable even with six adults. Thanks!

Beautiful accommodations for our trip to DeathFest. This palatial environment allowed us to relax and cool off whenever we weren't listening to loud blasting music! Thank you for renovating this place with such care. It's obvious you care a lot about this home, and I can only imagine how nice your own place is! We hope to make this an annual thing. (booked again immediately for following year)

Bryan Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us! It was ideal in every way and so convenient to the ballpark and the Inner Harbor. A week just isn't enough time to see and do all (including Washington DC) Fort McHenry was an awe-inspiring trip back in time! Your home too, spoke of a by-gone era in the existing timbers and fireplaces! I personally love historic homes and places. It's an amazing area to visit full of historical sites--Railroad Museum, etc - something for everyone!! We'd love to stay here again in the future! Thanks for your hospitality!! Bryan- We were fortunate enough to use the house as our meeting point for a family get together. The proximity of the ballpark made a Cardinals sweep of the Orioles that much more enjoyable! Everyone was able to comfortably enjoy the house including our 11-month old daughter. Met everybody's needs. A great time had by all! Columbia IL, Kansas City MO, Newington CT
