--PROPERTY INFO--
Beautifully rehabbed 160 year old Row Home on one of the most beautiful blocks in Baltimore. The front features a street full of Bradford Pear Trees, best seen in early spring....out back you'll find a 10 x 15 deck overlooking a quaint back yard, a parking pad for 1 car, and a small neighborhood park just steps away.....On the inside you'll find 2400 sf of contemporary loft style living....be sure to click on link at the bottom of the page to see many more photos!!
I enjoy sharing my home and Baltimore with folks from around the world...Children are most welcome but please look at the photos to decide if you're comfortable having them run around this house....Quiet, responsible drinkers and non-drinkers are welcome and smokers are welcome (but ALL smoking must be done outside with butts disposed of appropriately)....Drugs in any form are not welcome....
As for parking, there is a parking pad in the back that accomodates 1 vehicle less than 20' long, and no permits are required for that space......Other than that, this is a permit only neighborhood....not typically too bad if there are no ballgames, but a guaranteed ticket on game days.....I do have a visitors permit that may be used for a second vehicle, but you'll have to sign over your first born if anything happens to it!!! It's like gold, and once lost, it can't be replaced until next year!!!
Drop me a line with any questions!!
Regards
Bryan

Dear Bryan- Thank you so much for the use of your house. I was able to prepare for my daughters wedding with ease. I made 18 pies in the kitchen and love your gas stove/oven. Thanks Again, KathyDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

What a great place! And the location can't be beat. If we ever have the chance to come back to Baltimore, we'll hope we can stay here again! PS Really missed the kitties since they are no longer next door! August 2012Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This place was better than we could have needed. Four professional men trying to relive the good old days at the Grand Prix needed a great home base. This place was perfect, quiet and clean. We would like to thank the owner for an awesome space. Steve, Jamie, Robbie and Alex September 2012Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Love it here and hope to skip hotels in Baltimore from here on out. Gorgeous place, lovely neighborhood. We are from Boston and New Orleans and have had a memorable experience with Baltimore. Cats Eye Pub in Fells Point was our go-to after-work watering hole w/ great live music and excellent beer selection on tap. Corner Wine Bistro was delectable for dinner. Hope to stay here next fall! hi Bryan, WOW!!! Staying in your lovely home was a fabulous experience for three ' gently aged senior couples'. We had plenty of room to spread out, adequate privacy, spotless setting and great convenience to the many sites and sounds of Baltimore. We can't wait to return next year and will not hold a grudge because the O's beat the Yankee's on Saturday nite BUT we triumphed on Sunday. Your directions and instructions were very helpful (great binder)! Please consider non-slip rugs for kitchen and entryway. Many thanks, the Durants, McFarlins. Coyle's. sRecommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
Owner response: Glad you enjoyed, and thanks for the suggestion on the carpets!

Just returned from a weekend, and this was truly a unique Row House. I don't know who remodled it, but, it is truly amazing and they thought of everything. It was spotless when we arrived and lacked nothing as far as amenities. We had so much fun, and it was walking distance to Camdenn Yards, which certainly was a plus. We would not hesitate to returen and hope to do so next year. Bryan, we would love some background on this house i.e. how old it is and possible the before picture. Did you buy it renovated or did yoou do it yourself. We are facinated with it. Thanks again for this beautiful place.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
Owner response: Home was originally built in the 1840-1850 time frame, and I performed a full gut renovation around 2002. This was my home for several years prior to moving next door. There is more info and a few before and after photos on my website (but they wont let me post that here). Contact me and I'll send my website url to you. Thanks for the business!

Firstly, "Boston Girls Rock!" What a great time we had in Baltimore for our 2nd annual Girls weekend! The place is great and was perfect for us. We had lots of fun at "Howl at the Moon" and we went on a Ghost Tour in Fells Point. Thank you so much! Go Red Sox!
