Make sure to read my previous guests comments from the year before . This home is truly a one of a kind to stay in ,while away on vacation. Be one of my first guests to stay in this beautiful, elegantly appointed home. Just finished in Jan of 2006, this spacious 2400 sq ft home has all the furnishings and comforts of home. Brand new furniture, King/Queen Pillow-tops 4 Satellite HDTV's 3 DVD's TIVO,Wireless Internet WI-FI ,I-POD Dock, Nintendo Gamecube for the kids. And best of all, your own private hot tub.

Located just minutes from 3 world class resorts and Gorgoza Park. Directly across from RedStone (Park City's Newest shopping and dining as well as Movie theatre .. Close enough to I-80 to increase the chances of finding the freshest powder of the day .preferred location limits the congestion and traffic of Old Towne Park City. This is a Non-Smoking Home ..I do live in the home when there are no bookings, so please respect this incredible home.

Bear Hollow Village is a new vacation community within 1.5 miles to The Canyons, 5 miles to Park City, and 6 miles to Deer Valley. 1 mile to the Kimball Junction exit gives you easy access to get to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Sundance, Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, and several cross-country areas all within a 45 minute drive.

This award-winning community is located at the base of the Utah Olympic Park and is situated close to shopping and restaurants. A private clubhouse is available with a hot tub and gym to be enjoyed year round and an outdoor pool open during the summer.

The community and surroundings are full of activities and amenities. The clubhouse in our community has a huge plasma TV, a PC, and a complete exercise facility. Although you have your own hot tub on our deck, there is another one here, as well as a pool and lounge area.

  • Had a wonderful stay in your home. Our three grandchildren had a great time in the snow in the yard as well as the hot tub. Home is very convenient to shopping. The skiing was fantastic with all of the snow we received during our stay. Will definitely stay there again.

Even with 4 adults and 6 children (ages 10 to 17) there was plenty of space for everyone to live (and sleep) comfortably. The proximity to the resorts as well as retail and restaurants made our stay enjoyable on all counts.

  • Our family converged from five states to share Christmas in Park City. Your condo is beautiful and very conveniently located to both the slopes and to shopping. The skiers especially enjoyed the hot tub. The ski holders and boot/glove dryers in the garage were really appreciated.

  • Rich, Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your home during our winter break in February. It was just perfect for our two families. Plenty of room to all be together, or to be by ourselves. The girls especially enjoyed the hot tub, and the men enjoyed all of the extras for our ski equipment.   • This is the perfect home to stay at in Park City. The home is immaculately kept and has fantastic ammenities. We have five children and they all thoroughly loved it. My six year old asked if we could "live in this house forever!" Rich was wonderful to work with and very prompt in his communication with us. I would strongly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay and ski.

  • What a beautiful home! My expectations were blown away from the moment we stepped into the front door. Rich pulled out all of the stops when furnishing this place. From the granite countertops, brand new appliances, deep sofas, pillow top matresses, huge hot tub...the list goes on and on. To top it all off, the location is perfect. Minutes from all three Park City resorts, all scales of restaraunts, grocery stores, even Walmart for the few things that we forgot to bring. My next vacation has a lot to live up to...this place has set the bar very high. Rich is a man of his word!
