Be one of my first guests to stay in this beautiful, elegantly appointed home. Just finished in Jan of 2006, this spacious 2400 sq ft home has all the furnishings and comforts of home. Brand new furniture, King/Queen Pillow-tops 4 Satellite HDTV's 3 DVD's TIVO,Wireless Internet WI-FI ,I-POD Dock, Nintendo Gamecube for the kids. And best of all, your own private hot tub.
Located just minutes from 3 world class resorts and Gorgoza Park. Directly across from RedStone (Park City's Newest shopping and dining as well as Movie theatre**Walk to Starbucks and Local Shopping on Community trails** .. Close enough to I-80 to increase the chances of finding the freshest powder of the day .preferred location limits the congestion and traffic of Old Towne Park City. This is a Non-Smoking Home ..I do live in the home when there are no bookings, so please respect this incredible home.
Bear Hollow Village is a new vacation community within 1.5 miles to The Canyons, 5 miles to Park City, and 6 miles to Deer Valley. 1 mile to the Kimball Junction exit gives you easy access to get to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Sundance, Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, and several cross-country areas all within a 45 minute drive.
This award-winning community is located at the base of the Utah Olympic Park and is situated close to shopping and restaurants. A private clubhouse is available with a hot tub and gym to be enjoyed year round and an outdoor pool open during the summer.
The Community now has a pedestrian traffic only route to local shops groceries restaurants and coffee shops .free local fitness room , as well as 2 incredible facilities within a 10 minute walk / 5 minute Jog , this location is the best in park city for convenience

I have been visiting and enjoying the incredible outdoors here in Utah for the past 15 years, I now am a proud owner of my own home and manage several other units here in Park City specifically Bear Hollow . When I moved out here to be a permanent resident I chose Bear Hollow do to it's geographical location . It is within a stones throw of restuarants and shoppes yet its location still gives you that living in the mountains feeling .

This was our second visit to Park City and we really like the bear Hollow location. It is very convenient to many restaurants and shopping, and only minutes away from 3 great ski resorts. Your home was beautiful, clean and very inviting, we felt right at home. The hot tub was perfect for after a long day of skiing. We really appreciate all the effort that you put in to make sure that we had everything we needed to have a fabulous vacation. You have a great home and we would recommend it to all our friends for their ski vacation!

We would like to again thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us! It definitely more than met out expectations. . . . beautifully decorated, great amenities, inviting and clean . . . we couldn't have been more pleased. It is obvious you take pride in your home and it is certainly appreciated. From the minute we walked in the door we felt comfortable. The location is ideal . . . and convenience to markets, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Our family spent a few days with us and the room set-up couldn't have been more perfect for them. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay as well. This was our first time staying somewhere for a month and the time just flew by, normally we are anxious to get back to our own home, but yours felt so much like home to us we couldn't believe when it came time to leave. Fielding the packages was fun and gave us a chance to get to talk and get to know you better. You certainly did everything possible to make our stay a wonderful experience. Our friends said we got it right the first time and we couldn't agree more! We would recommend your place to anyone . . . but not for the time time we want to stay.

We loved our week in your wonderful home in Park City! When we arrived it was so inviting and clean. The furniture and decor was even more beautiful than the pictures. The neighborhood was ideal and a perfect location. Every bedroom had wonderful, comfortable beds. The hot tub was a refreshing treat! Everyone had a fabulous time and agreed we would definitely recommend your place to anyone looking to have a wonderful vacation. This was our first experience but will not be our last! We had a party of 8 adults and one child. This is a great house for a large group! Wonderful location, very nicely furnished and comfortable. Easy access to everything from ski areas, shopping and just a short drive to gym! We hope to return to Park City next year and will try to stay at this property again.

We travel to Park City every year for a family ski vacation and each year we have stayed at different locations within Bear Hollow. We won't need to look any further because from now on this will be the place we will stay. It simply surpasses everything else we have stayed at. It is evident the owner takes much pride in his residence and provides his guests only the best in amenities. Rich-thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! Richard--our group really enjoyed your lovely home and very comfortable beds. We were able to ski at several resorts, easily accessible from your home as well as observe our US Olympians practicing on the ski jump and bobsled course at the 02 Olympic venue. Using the spa after skiing was a plus as well as the workout facility. Great vacation.

We have been to Park city many times and this was by far the nicest place we have stayed in. Very nicely decorated and very comfortable. And what a treat to come back from skiing and get in the priavte hot tub on the back deck. I highly recommend as a great place to stay.

This house was more than ideal for our family's needs. Impeccably maintained, in a terrific location and with all the amenities you could ask for - this is the perfect, comfortable jumping off point for winter or summer sports in the Park City area. The owner was attentive and helpful, but in no way overbearing, and made an extra effort to make sure all our needs were looked after. Location-wise, it is a great spot. The Canyons is mere minutes away and Park City was easier to access than I expected (10-12 minute drive). The nearby shopping made everything convenient. We even went over to Alta to ski one day and that was surprisingly close, too. Great house - just please don't reserve it the week we want it again :)

Had a wonderful stay in your home. Our three grandchildren had a great time in the snow in the yard as well as the hot tub. Home is very convenient to shopping. The skiing was fantastic with all of the snow we received during our stay. Will definitely stay there again.
