We have been coming to Park City annually for the past several years and have stayed in this home the past three years. Prior to finding this home we probably researched over 50 different properties. This property is it for us! It is beautifully decorated and maintained and it is obvious that the owner, who is so kind and wonderful to work with, takes pride in his home. We will look no further for accommodations when coming to Park City--we found the perfect place!

Wonderful Skiing House

My family loved this property--very clean, beautifully-decorated and spacious. Hot tub on deck with beautiful view was a huge hit. Convenient to Park City where I attended a medical conference. Ability to park in a garage without having to off-load skis was a huge plus. Owner was immediately available to answer all questions. I researched at least 50 - 75 properties in and around Park City and this one was far and away the best for size and price. We comfortably had 4 couples and a single in this house.

Ski vacation

This was our second visit to Park City and we really like the bear Hollow location. It is very convenient to many restaurants and shopping, and only minutes away from 3 great ski resorts. Your home was beautiful, clean and very inviting, we felt right at home. The hot tub was perfect for after a long day of skiing. We really appreciate all the effort that you put in to make sure that we had everything we needed to have a fabulous vacation. You have a great home and we would recommend it to all our friends for their ski vacation!

We would like to again thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us! It definitely more than met out expectations. . . . beautifully decorated, great amenities, inviting and clean . . . we couldn't have been more pleased. It is obvious you take pride in your home and it is certainly appreciated. From the minute we walked in the door we felt comfortable. The location is ideal . . . and convenience to markets, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Our family spent a few days with us and the room set-up couldn't have been more perfect for them. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay as well. This was our first time staying somewhere for a month and the time just flew by, normally we are anxious to get back to our own home, but yours felt so much like home to us we couldn't believe when it came time to leave. Fielding the packages was fun and gave us a chance to get to talk and get to know you better. You certainly did everything possible to make our stay a wonderful experience. Our friends said we got it right the first time and we couldn't agree more! We would recommend your place to anyone . . . but not for the time time we want to stay.

We loved our week in your wonderful home in Park City! When we arrived it was so inviting and clean. The furniture and decor was even more beautiful than the pictures. The neighborhood was ideal and a perfect location. Every bedroom had wonderful, comfortable beds. The hot tub was a refreshing treat! Everyone had a fabulous time and agreed we would definitely recommend your place to anyone looking to have a wonderful vacation. This was our first experience but will not be our last! We had a party of 8 adults and one child. This is a great house for a large group! Wonderful location, very nicely furnished and comfortable. Easy access to everything from ski areas, shopping and just a short drive to gym! We hope to return to Park City next year and will try to stay at this property again.

We travel to Park City every year for a family ski vacation and each year we have stayed at different locations within Bear Hollow. We won't need to look any further because from now on this will be the place we will stay. It simply surpasses everything else we have stayed at. It is evident the owner takes much pride in his residence and provides his guests only the best in amenities. Rich-thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! This truly was a great vacation for us. The kids describe your home with one word: awesome!!! Could not agree more. See you next year!!

Richard--our group really enjoyed your lovely home and very comfortable beds. We were able to ski at several resorts, easily accessible from your home as well as observe our US Olympians practicing on the ski jump and bobsled course at the 02 Olympic venue. Using the spa after skiing was a plus as well as the workout facility. Great vacation.

We have been to Park city many times and this was by far the nicest place we have stayed in. Very nicely decorated and very comfortable. And what a treat to come back from skiing and get in the priavte hot tub on the back deck. I highly recommend as a great place to stay.

This house was more than ideal for our family's needs. Impeccably maintained, in a terrific location and with all the amenities you could ask for - this is the perfect, comfortable jumping off point for winter or summer sports in the Park City area. The owner was attentive and helpful, but in no way overbearing, and made an extra effort to make sure all our needs were looked after. Location-wise, it is a great spot. The Canyons is mere minutes away and Park City was easier to access than I expected (10-12 minute drive). The nearby shopping made everything convenient. We even went over to Alta to ski one day and that was surprisingly close, too. Great house - just please don't reserve it the week we want it again :)

Had a wonderful stay in your home. Our three grandchildren had a great time in the snow in the yard as well as the hot tub. Home is very convenient to shopping. The skiing was fantastic with all of the snow we received during our stay. Will definitely stay there again.

Staying in your beautiful home was icing on the cake to a fabulous ski week. Even with 4 adults and 6 children (ages 10 to 17) there was plenty of space for everyone to live (and sleep) comfortably. The proximity to the resorts as well as retail and restaurants made our stay enjoyable on all counts.

Our family converged from five states to share Christmas in Park City. Your condo is beautiful and very conveniently located to both the slopes and to shopping. The skiers especially enjoyed the hot tub. The ski holders and boot/glove dryers in the garage were really appreciated.

Rich, Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your home during our winter break in February. It was just perfect for our two families. Plenty of room to all be together, or to be by ourselves. The girls especially enjoyed the hot tub, and the men enjoyed all of the extras for our ski equipment. Rich - My family and I truly enjoyed staying at your house the week of 3/12/07. It was spacious enough for all of us (especially our three teenage boys) to spread out and relax. My family and I stayed over Thanksgiving and really ejoyed our stay. Rich's home is beautiful and has a very warm cozy feeling. This is the perfect home to stay at in Park City. The home is immaculately kept and has fantastic ammenities. We have five children and they all thoroughly loved it. My six year old asked if we could "live in this house forever!" Rich was wonderful to work with and very prompt in his communication with us. What a beautiful home! My expectations were blown away from the moment we stepped into the front door. Rich pulled out all of the stops when furnishing this place. From the granite countertops, brand new appliances, deep sofas, pillow top matresses, huge hot tub...the list goes on and on. To top it all off, the location is perfect. Minutes from all three Park City resorts, all scales of restaraunts, grocery stores, even Walmart for the few things that we forgot to bring. My next vacation has a lot to live up to...this place has set the bar very high. Rich is a man of his word!

The house was fantastic. Located very close to the Canyons and only a couple miles from downtown Park City. The development is very new and will certainly benefit from bus service which we heard is coming very soon. The house is perfect. I am not wild about rental houses in general because you tend to get such a wide variety. This house however was in brand new condition. All the furnishings are coordinated and well suited to a mountain cabin. The living room is spacious. This is a very large three bedroom and can easily accomodate more people. The hot tub on the deck is the perfect salute to a day spent skiing. To top it of, Richard has been nothing but helpful. When we had a problem coordinating the heating for one of the bedrooms, he had someone immediately drop off a space heater (we didn't need it since the problem had been our mistake). Available for 51 weeks a year because we are planning on coming back annually for a long while.

This was our 4th trip to Park City in as many years, we have used VRBO twice and Resorts West once .. and by far this time was the best find . Not only is this house new but it was the owner's attention to details that really made this home feel as if you were in a four star resort.My wife was impressed with the decor' and the new condition of everything had us feeling spoiled . The kids loved the fact that there was a video game in one of the bedrooms and we even spent a night inside playing Monopoly. We were concerned about the proximity to the actual resorts however the location of this house was perfect. We were less than 3 minutes from the Canyons gondola and the convenience of having the new shops and restaurants right across the street were priceless.. Also wanted to add a special Thanks to Rich and his family ,very accommodating with our special request,as well as giving us 2' of fresh snow that week .Thanks again Rich ,Save our dates for next year.
