Home is located adjacent to Miramonte Resort with a walkway between the homes and the resort. Hotel amenities for an additional charge: 12,000 square foot spa (THE WELL) renovated in 2005, a fitness center and a full service restaurant and lounge with live music. The home is across Hwy 111 from the Hyatt Grand Champions, Esmeralda Resort and 1 mile away from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. There are two beautiful public golf courses across the street which are the new home to the Skins Golf Tournament.
This new home features many upgrades including a gourmet kitchen with a large center island and stainless steel appliances. The great room features a 62 inch TV with Cable and all movie channels and wireless internet access and printer/fax. The dining room boasts a large, round table great for entertaining and the formal living room has been converted into a game room with a pool table and dart board. There are TV's with cable and DVD players in the great room, master suite, and the kids room (room with two twin beds) as well as a 42" plasma TV in the patio area facing the outside dining table and jacuzzi. The stereo system and surround sound in the great room plays to the exterior speakers and includes an iPod docking station. All guest rooms have their own bathroom with the exception of the kids room.
Located near Palm Springs, this California resort is surrounded by world-class golf courses and near the well-known Indian Wells Tennis Garden. The Golf Resort at Indian Wells has two 18 hole courses including the Celebrity Course, home to the Skins Tournament, and is directly across the street.
