This gorgeous 4400 square foot home, built in 2000, accomodates your family and friends in a friendly, warm and comfortable environment. Here you can enjoy all the conveniences of a close in location to Breckenridge and the new gondola. You'll be delighted by the thoughtful design and elegant touches throughout this fine home.
Luxurious details and fanstastic craftsmanship set this home apart. You'll see one of a kind beamed architectural details, granite appointments, superb and intimate living and dining rooms and custom touches throughout.
The thoughtfully designed gourmet kitchen features an island, solid granite and stainless steel appliances. Everything you could possibly want in order to create a splendid dinner is there. Dishes, pots, pans, silver, wine goblets and lovely table linens.
An inviting breakfast nook overlooks the deck and woodsy outdoors. Dining table and chairs can accomodate 10 people, and 4 stools at the kitchen bar make 4 more. There is also an additional table and 6 chairs in the rec room downstairs.
The master suite provides a retreat for the owners. An inviting sitting area includes a fireplace. The master includes a private balcony, his and her sink areas, whirlpool tub, shower, marble appointments and large closets.
There is a seperate loft area that overlooks the main floor that is perfect for additional sleeping space or a quiet hideaway.
2 bedrooms are on the main floor and contain 2 queen beds with warm and cozy linens and comforters and 2 bedrooms are on the bottom floor. 1 bedroom contains another queen and the second bedroom contains 2 twin beds.
Also on this floor is a family area (rec room) that includes an entertainment center and a nice wet bar. The rec room is so large you could wrestle and make tons of noise and not disturb your parents upstairs. There is also a queen sleeper in the rec room. For a total sleeping arrangement as follows:

Don't be startled if a moose wanders by while you're relaxing in the 6 person hot tub on the wraparound deck!
Come enjoy your stay at our house, we are a 5 minute drive from Peak 8 and a 8 minute drive to the base station of the new gondola. Next season the mid-station of the gondola is only 5 minutes away.
There is also a 2 car garage to keep the snow off of your cars and the street and driveway are plowed when it snows 4" or more.
