Our condo is located right on the beach, directly facing the Gulf. Summerwind is situated on an island, giving more privacy and seclusion to the vacationer. There are no crowds or traffic!!! The property is situated directly on the Gulf within walking distance to a fishing pier. The pool is beach-side. The condo is directly on the beach, right on the Gulf, with AMAZING VIEWS of the ocean!!!
This unit is located directly on the beach, facing the Gulf, with a spacious balcony, providing an incredible view of the beach and ocean. You have a view from the kitchen, dining room, den, and master. A work-out room has views of the ocean, located on the 1st floor!
The condominium has been decorated to perfection, offering a full-service kitchen, a master bedroom overlooking the ocean, a guest bedrooms with 2 double beds, a bunkroom with bunkbeds, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. All bedrooms include a TV. We also have wireless internet. Both the living room and the master bedroom have glass doors that open onto a large balcony. The unit has nine-foot ceilings.
The condominium is DESIGNER DECORATED and fully furnished with every necessity available to you.

My husband and I have spent the last two months in this unit and hate to leave! The unit is clean and comfortable and our view is spectacular! Other guests and owners here have been welcoming and friendly. As a 55+ couple escaping the winters up north, we have found this to be a great place for couples like ourselves. This past week the atmosphere has changed to one with many families on spring break. All seem to be having a blast in the pools as well as the beach. The owners have been wonderful to work with and more than accommodating. We've had a wonderful time and look forward to our return next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
