The apartment consists of an adjustable space with a bathroom attached. So the area that was serving as a living room and a TV room a moment ago can be changed into a cosy bedroom with just few movements of your hands. If you would like to prepare something to eat, you can change the built-in wall easily into an exclusively-equipped and fully-functioning mini kitchen. “Small but great” is the theme. This Business Apartment is not only absolutely modern, but also designed with high functionality in mind. Use it to concentrate on your work in a pleasant environment, or to spend a romantic weekend away with your loved one.
Our guests can also find absolute peace and relaxation in the garden. A pleasant pergola, garden beds and a hammock will take care of your comfort. In the garden sauna or in the sanarium with integrated infrared cabin you can forget about your everyday worries and recharge your batteries.
Bring only minimal luggage for a long stay: the standard service includes the bed linen, kitchen equipment, mats and bath towels, and also slippers and bathrobes. We pay special attention to cleanliness and hygiene: The price of a stay for at least four days includes weekly cleaning with the bed linen changed and complete final cleaning. For shorter stays, the flat fee for cleaning is EUR 30 .00
Thanks to excellent public transport connections you can reach the centre of Vienna or the city’s famous attractions by public transport in a few minutes. There are two stops nearby: A tram is due every ten minutes and by bus it only takes eight minutes to get to the underground station. A short walk takes you to the Vienna Thermal Spa (Therme Wien). Our tip: visit the beautiful spa garden and the spa confectionery Oberlaa, which offers many delicious sweets and also great meals at the attached restaurant. Take a rest from driving after an exhausting trip by leaving your car in a parking place or garage and be refreshed for your trip home.
