This excellent - directly at the wide canal - makes it possible for you that you can glide with a boat in round about eight to ten minutes onto the Caloosahatchee River and enjoy the beautiful look over the water from the Terrace. From the driveway with beautifully swung and short sidewalk you will get to the portal of the house.
By both glass doors you step directly into the bright and friendly input area which goes over smoothly in the broad-minded living area and its adjacent dining-area. The very broad-minded master suite with exit to the terrace and a nice designed bath is on the left side of the house. The Laundry with washer and dryer as well as two other bedrooms are on the right side - one can be used also - with exit to the terrace - as a pool bath.
Broad-minded modern fitted kitchen with edible and adjacent very tasteful Breakfast area, allows to hit the heart of every amateur cook higher. Here the cooking, really, becomes a big pleasure.
