You will love the close proximity to the beach. You are only steps from Ocean Blvd. and through a private path to the beautiful sandy beach. This very beautiful 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath condo has been completely renovated with all the finest appointments like granite counters, in kitchen and baths. Brand new designer tile shower, new Toto toilets, all new appliances, all new furniture, custom closets. New airconditioning system, and hot water heater. NOW WITH A NEW KING SIZE BED AND A NEW MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS. JUST ADDED IS A 50 INCH LCD FLAT SCREEN TV IN THE LIVING ROOM
The floors are all new tile, (no carpeting). Everything is here to make your stay so comfortable, from the coffee maker to fresh towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella, Two tv's, DVD player. This unit is on the first floor and your parking spot is right in front of your door. There is a handicap ramp next to your parking spot (if you so need) and there is a screened in terrace over looking the courtyard and pool area. This unit is in the back of the complex so you won't hear the traffic of Ocean blvd. This is a very quiet and very safe area to stay in. Lauderdale by the sea is a small town between the ocean and the intercoastal and between Commerical blvd to the south and Atlantic blvd to the north. I look foward to having you as my guest. Restaurants are all around. Ft Lauderdale is 10 minutes away and Boca Raton is only 25 minutes. There is so much to do and see in the area. Come see what ocean living is all about. My wife and i searched for a small condo to renovate and rent for short term. We choose Lauderdale by The Sea for its small town feeling along the ocean. Lauderdale by The Sea is a quiet, safe and quaint little town just north of Ft. Lauderdale. My wife and I spend weekends at the condo walking the beach and relaxing when it is not rented. We take such pride in our condo and enjoy all that it has to offer. You are treated like our guests when you stay with us. It is a home away from home.

Wonderful condo! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea. The condo is exactly as described and it includes everything you need to enjoy your stay. The two minute walk to the beautiful beach is an added bonus! Scott is great to work with and always available if you need anything. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Fort Lauderdale area.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Superb condo with all the facilities one would need. Just like home. Very clean and well appointed, everything is new. Location is great, close to everything. Scott and Jayne provided excellent service. Will return in 2008.

Delightful place, well fitted out, attractive,comfortable, very clean and fresh, even nicer than it looks on website.As a cook, I loved the kitchen. The owners could not have been more helpful and kind. We hope to visit there again some time.
