Our luxury, 1750 square foot Townhome is in one of Winter Park's most prestigious communities. Located one-quarter mile from the world class Winter Park Ski Resort. Our Townhome is beautifully perched above the Fraser River offering the most gorgeous view imaginable. Picture yourself sitting beside the enormous floor-to-ceiling window watching the snow fall or taking in the, post-card perfect, forest view. It is truly magnificent! In the summer, you will hear the river. Sit on the deck and watch the wildlife, especially Moose.
This deluxe, three bedroom, three bathroom townhome includes an oversized master bedroom suite with a pillow-top king-size bed, fireplace, and TV with DVD. The master bathroom has a two sink vanity and travertine shower. The second bedroom has a twin over full-size bunkbed with additional twin trundle. The third bedroom has a pillow-top queen-size bed. All rooms are well appointment and extremely comfortable! Each bathroom has its own shower with travertine tile. Radiant heating warms the floors in each room.
The well appointed kitchen has cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and a large picture window to enjoy the forest and river view. You will love the comfortable furniture and large, floor-to-ceiling window in the living room. From this room, the view of the forest and river is breathtaking!
After a long day of skiing, enjoy the community hot tub located steps from our front door. You'll be thrilled with the private one car garage and mudroom. Extra parking is located just outside the unit. Catch the free shuttle, (during the winter ski season).

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful townhome. The decor is comfortable and classy. The bedrooms where spacious and plentiful. The incredible view from the main living area was incredible. I loved sitting in front of the window on the chase lounge sipping my hot tea. Close to everything and easy access to skiing, snow tubing, and restaurants. Wireless internet is available to purchase by the minute/hour. Very reasonable and I was able to work from the condo when I had to. It was worth every penny and my family and I will definately be back whent the schedule allows.
