NAPILI POINT RESORT A-21, This beautiful oceanfront condominium has an unobstructed ocean surf view. We are at ground level. We have free and ample parking. The condo is next to Honokeana Cove that is home to the giant sea turtles. It is one of Maui's best snorkeling spots. The living coral and sea life are abundant here. The calm waters in this cove is great for stand-up paddle boarding, especially if you are just leaning how.
Napili Bay, considered one of the best beaches in the world, is a short walk away along an oceanfront trail. This beach is great for surfboarding, body boarding, skim boarding and the sun bathing is not too bad either.
Meanwhile, back at our condo, you will see humpback whales jump out of the water during the mating season from our lanai. Our condo faces west so that you can enjoy the fantastic sunsets at cocktail time.
The condo was recently remodeled and redecorated. The kitchen has new granite counters, new hardwood with glass door cabinets, and new stainless steel appliances. The vanity has a new granite counter with stainless steel above counter vessel and hardwood cabinets. The bathroom walls are retiled with porcelin/travertine, natural stones in the shower floor and European style shower stall with ADA approved grab bars. The shower has a dual out-flow valve system. It is absolutely stunning! In the living room, we have "Coolraroo" pull down shades for the windows and doors along with standard drapes. There is a large 37" flat screen LCD TV in the living room. We just replaced the sliding pocket hollow doors between the bedroom and living room with solid false louvered doors. There are 2 swimming pools, one is just 2 condos away, close enough so that you feel it is your own yet far enough for privacy. This pool has just recently been refurbished. The charcoal and gas BBQ's with picnic tables are very conveniently located from the condo, great place to grill a steak or your favorite cuisine.
There is ample and free off street parking on the site. We provide beach towels for guests who stay for 7 nights or more. FREE WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET IS AVAILABLE!!
We have 2 large malls in West Maui, but don't miss shopping at historic Lahaina Town. It was an old whaler's port town and Hawaii's first capital. Visit many of the historic buildings still in use today. Golfing and tennis are nearby at Kapulua and Kaanapali.

Why the Owner Chose Napili
After combing the whole island to find that special place to call our own, we decided on this particular condo because of its stunning ocean view, the spectacular and breathtaking sunsets, the cool trade winds in the afternoon, being close to the swimming pool (yet far enough away for privacy), the convenience of the BBQs at the edge of the grassy area. It is very quite here, we are at ground level meaning that no one is above you, only grass. There are no steps to go up or down. The grounds are meticulously manicured and maintained. We are adjacent to Honokeana Cove where the snorkeling is fantastic. Swimming in the cove with the turtles is a wonderful and rare experience. Napili Bay, a sandy beach is just a short stroll along a natural path around the point. We indeed found our special jewel in the Pacific! We would like to share this experience, in this special place in the Pacific with you.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
At the time we purchased our condo, there was one "A" unit available at the "point", however we selected this condo because it was quieter, has less foot traffic, closer to the pool, better access to the BBQ's and in our opinion a better picturesque view. This view is framed with the immaculately manicured grass in the foreground, brilliant red bouganvillia in the near foreground, then beyond the gorgeous dark blue of the ocean, to the left by the brown/green landscape and to the right by the island of Molakai and above by the beautiful white clouds set in the light bue of the clear sky, and occationally arched by a stunning rainbow!! It is absolutely breathtaking!!
This is where the sea turtles live. Swim with them and experience a rare and wonderful adventure! The calm waters here are ideal for stand-up paddle boarding, especialy if you are just starting to lean.
When the surf's up, this is where the locals go surfing. You can watch some great surfing right from your lanai.
Great Macadamia pankakes! Their specialty. You have got to try them! Go early because there is always a line.
Take this natural trail around the point to the sandy beach of Napili Bay
Gorgeous Napili Bay, this beach was picked as one of the most beautifull beaches in the world in a previous publication of Sunset Magazene. Great for boogie-boarding, or relaxing with a good book.
This golf couse is one of the best in the world. Championship golfing is conducted here yearly. The views of the ocean and mountains are absolutely stunning from here.
There are numerous tennis courts nearby, they are well maintained. The setting and tropical ambience are exceptional.

We live in Mission Viejo, California. Shirley is retired from Allergan. She worked as a clinical reseach scientist. I am semi-retired, self employed civil engineer and surveyor. We always wanted a place we could call our own in Hawaii. My daughter and son-in-law have several condos in Maui. We were invited to stay in one of their condos in Napili Bay. We immediately and absolutely fell in love with the Napili area. It is so laid back and not crowded compared to some of the other resorts in the island. According to legend, when Napili was being developed, a building could not be constructed higher than the closest coconut tree. It is that way to this day. Staying in Napili Point is like going 75 years back in time. Time seems to stand still when you are there. We invite you to come and visit this truly magical place. Millard and Shirley Blancaflor

Millard and Shirley Just a note to thank you for the use of your condo. My husband and I had perhaps the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken in my (considerable) years of life. The apartment had everything we ever needed and then some...the grounds were lovely, and the Hawaiian land and seascapes absolutely magnifecent. Our stressful decisions included whether to snorkle in the bay, or swim off the beach (hard living). Truly NP A-21 was an excellent choice for a memorable 2 weeks.

Shirley and Millard, I wanted to let you know how much my husband and I loved your condo. It was just like home. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed having breakfast and coffee on the lanai in the morning and it was perfect for afternoon cocktails. We took advantage of the bbq one night and had some yummy steaks. The bay and the condo are the same as I remembered 20 years ago. We loved watching and swimming with the turtles. We never got sick of the view, especially the sunsets. We took in the Feast at Lele, went snorkeling on the Hula Girl had a delicious dinner at Duke's Beach House. When we didn't want to swim with turtles it was nice to walk over to the beach at Napili Bay. We hope to return with our girls to share our wonderful experience.

I was out in our yard weeding this morning with the birds singing overhead. The sun was beginning to warm up my neck and I laid back in the grass and shut my eyes. The sound of the surf at Napili Point came back to me then, I imagined the swish of the palms and the white egret perched in the Bouganvilla. We've been home in Oregon for almost a month now, but whenever I need a peaceful mental escape I am back in the Blancaflor's darling condo at Napili Point, A-21. They had described if perfectly. It was immaculate and charming with ginger blossoms growing beside the front door. Perfect for two, though we could have included a friend or two if we wanted to share. Oh, the turtles were a thrill! They were grazing beneath our feet! I felt like I was seeing Disneyland for the first time , but this was real! It's obvious to me that we will need to go back to Maui again (and again), because there are so many treats left to be explored, but to try to do if all in one visit, would be to lose the delicious peace of the experience. When we do return, we would love to stay in A-21.

My wife and I and her extended family all booked acommodations at Napili Point. Our unit A21 was absolutely perfect. The view was unforgettable. Watching the morning sun come up or the evening sunset with surfers in the near distant riding waves from the ground floor patio was stunning and relaxing. The unit is located 20 steps from the pool and barbecue areas which we used daily. It's also only a short walk to a magnificent beach, beachside dining for all meals of the day and within walking distance (or a very quick drive) to the Napili Market a one stop grocery store. Where we purchased everything from boogie boards to breakfast cereal. I suppose the testament to how great the unit and the location are is that we will return next year to experience it all over again. Speical shoutout to the owners of Unit A21. You were by far the most pleasant VRBO owners we have ever rented from! Stay here...I promise you'll love it.

My husband and I stayed here in Oct 09 for our wedding anniversary. I have been to Maui many times and usually stay in Napili. We absolutely loved this unit and view. It was perfect. Close to the beach, but still private, snorkeling right out front of the unit, great breakfast. We loved it!

We loved the room, the view, the sunsets viewed from our lanai, the comfortable bed, the grab bars in the shower, the modern kitchen and huge tiled bath. Right next door were wonderful snorkling sites, fish and turtles in abundance. (No need for a pricey boat trip.) Sandy beaches not crowded. Grounds are meticulously manicured. Quiet, just the sounds of the birds and the surf.

My wife and I spent a week in mid-December (2009) here and loved every minute of it. The condo was very comfortable and we did indeed watch the whales right out the front lanai. The sunsets over Lanai (Island) were spectacular. We will certainly stay here again next time we come to Maui.
