This is a corner unit condominium on the twelfth floor. It has spectacular views of both the ocean and the bay, including beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The complex is on nine acres, with a gated private property with tropical landscaping and a relaxing pool. This unit is completely updated! Interior decorated and furnished. Excellently maintained like our personal home. There are two beautiful lanais with white wicker furniture, perfect for watching boats in the bay and sparkling ocean. It includes a porcelin tile foyer in living rm. dining rm. baths, kitchen, and nook area. Carpeting in all bedrooms. Maple cabinets, and ceramic tile countertops. All premium appliances including refrigerator with water and ice-maker, self-cleaning oven with overhead microwave oven, dishwasher, garbage-disposal, and full-size washer and dryer.We have a desk in second bedroom that you can get wireless connection.
Ocean Harbor Community has one of the largest heated swimming pools on the island. The long steps and shallow area are ideal for small children. There are two large Jacuzzis surrounded by a brick paver deck area that enhance the pool. The spacious, well-appointed, 2600 square foot clubhouse is available for personal use and is great for eating after using the common barbecue grilling area. The clubhouse also has 30 seat private theatre (Great to view DVDs, videos, and cable TV sporting events) There are fun activities planned weekly during the busy season.
For activities there are four tennis courts and two shuffleboard courts and bocce ball court (equipment included) that make it resort-like. You can take long walks around the boardwalk viewing the boats, or just go fishing at the pier. Make sure to watch for manatee or dolphins! Walk across the street to the sandy white beaches on the Gulf of Mexico for swimming, picking the perfect shells, or just some tanning and fun!
For safety there is 24-hour gated security and the grounds are secured with automatic entry systems both for grounds and buildings. There are fire sprinklers in each unit along with a complete fire and smoke detection system.
For easy food access, right next door are the marina and Publix supermarket, perfect for getting things in a breeze. Use the Trolley that runs up and down Estero Boulevard from Bonita springs to Downtown Fort Myers Beach for only 25 cents per ride!!!
