The unit has a large balcony and great views of the beach both north and south away from the noise. The just updated kitchen has new appliances and counter tops. Washer and dryer in the unit for your use. Dining area and living room has ocean views, new furniture and a queen size sleeper sofa with TV and VCR. Decorated with a personal touch we know you will appreciate.
The master bedroom has direct access to O.F. balcony with breath taking views, a king size bed, TV, large closet and private bath. The second bedroom is large with a queen size bed and connects to second bath. Third bedroom has twin beds and private closet. This is a perfect set up for your family or for 3 couples. The complex has a pool, hot tub, lounging area for sunning and easy access to the beach.
We are just minutes from Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Broadway at the Beach, Amusement Parks, numerous Golf Courses and other attractions. Our condominium is clean, quiet, bright and ocean fresh with all the amenities of home. Management on-site. Our rates include departure cleaning service and linens. No smoking, wet bathing suits or suntan lotion allowed on the furniture. Motorcycles and all trailers must park in area provided across the street.

My wife and I brought our 4 kids to this condo, and we had a great time. The condo was wonderful! It was roomy and just as beautiful as the pictures. The Wellington is a very nice property and the parking was very convenient. The beach was spectacular and just a few steps away. If you have been to North Myrtle Beach before, all of your favorite places are nearby. The owner made it very easy to make the arrangements, and there were no hidden fees. We are already talking about going back, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a Myrtle Beach vacation. Thank you for a great week, Amanda!

My family and I recently vacationed for a week in this condo unit. We had a wonderful stay! The condo is neat, clean, roomy, and provided many of the necessary essentials for the week (clean towels and bedding, dish washer and dish soap, and hand soap). The view from the spacious balcony is beautiful! The Wellington building is smaller than many of the large condos in the area and thus the beach is not nearly as crowded because there are only 28 units in the building. A big added plus! We hope to vacation there again and will highly recommend this condo unit to anyone! Thanks, Amanda, for providing a "home away from home."

The best vacation that we've been to in a long time. The condo was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. Very quiet, clean, and only minutes away from all of the action.
