This townhouse style complex is Kihei's newest first-class condominium property, a true reflection of Maui paradise offering a combination of peaceful privacy and resort amenities in a beautifully landscaped setting of tropical flowers, plants and palms. Resort amenities include two swimming pools and hot tubs, tennis courts, and barbeque areas.

Our luxurious condo is furnished and decorated to meet your expectations. Enjoy great swimming and snorkeling at Kamaole III Beach and other beautiful beaches nearby. This ground level unit with the front lanai opening onto the nicely manicured lawn is conveniently located close to both pools.

We think of our condo as our home away from home and have provided everything we appreciate at home for your vacation use including some of our favorite CD's, helpful guidebooks, TV/DVD/VCR/CD, high speed internet access availability, king sized bed, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. The front lanai, off the living room, is furnished with lounge and table and chairs for dining with a beautiful partial ocean view while surrounded by the beauty of Maui Kamaole's tropical landscaping.

There is also a private lanai off the master suite offering a secluded outdoor area with seating. The large living area offers a sleeper sofa making the unit ideal for up to six guests.   • We found this condo to be welcoming, spacious and clean. The view through the lounge to the lanai makes it feel open and cosy at the same time, due to the tropical greenery surrounding the lanai - a beautiful place to eat, drink or just relax. It was perfect for us and our two teenage boys.

  • We spent 10 days in Maui and found this condo to be perfect. It is very spacious and well maintained. Having all of the beach equipment and towels supplied is a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this unit and we look forward to returning.

  • We enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Maui this March and stayed in J106. A beautiful condo, we were thrilled to have chosen this one! It is very nicely decorated, spaceous, quiet, clean and the air conditioning was awesome. It had all the conveniences of home making our holiday easier with children. We loved being on ground floor and sitting on the lanai for meals. The pools are very nice and the grounds are so nicely kept. We are looking forward to coming back again.

  • My wife, son (age 3) and I have now stayed in J106 twice, 5 glorious weeks last year and have just returned from 16 wonderful days. J106 is awesome. All the conveniences and comforts of home are available and the personal touches of supplying beach towels, chairs etc is certainly much appreciated. We love the proximity to the tropical pool and all the beaches. The 42" LCD TV was a nice upgrade from last year. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

  • Thanks for a great vacation at your beautiful condo. Our family had a terrific time and would recommend it to all. The location is perfect- close to all the beautiful Wailea beaches, across the street from a great beach and park (Kamaole III), and minutes from the shopping and restaurants in Kihei. Maui Kamaole is luxurious, lush and quiet. Unit J-106 is stylish and contains all the amenities right down to beach towells and toys. (Our toddler son loved the dinosaurs and balls to play with.) The unit is quiet, and we enjoyed eating on the lanai and listening to the birds.
