**SKI RENTAL DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST** Sits directly between the two Snowshoe entrances Directly across from The Raven Golf Course! 2 Loft areas are located in the A frame vaulted ceiling(chateau style). There are two SLEEPING AREAS and a couch. There are 2 BEDS with one in each of the lofts(separate bedding areas separated by a wall), and a couch with blankets on the first floor. Note:The Loft areas are separated by a wall for privacy. The current bedroom pic does not reflect this. Downstairs is one large great room with a kitchen, dining room table, living room and a separate bath. There are two skylights. The walls are made out of six inch logs as seen in pictures,and the ceiling is knotty pine. Stairs are actual cedar beams and logs. Electric fireplace in living room.
Unit is well maintained and clean. Very rustic and cozy(downright nice)!! There is a full kitchen with pans and such for your use. It is well stocked but you may need to bring specialty or particular items. Floors are Slate, Hickory,Cedar and Carpet. The hot tub is next door. Parking is in front of the unit. No more long hikes from the parking lot!
There is a 36' TV w/ Sat TV downstairs and a 23' Flat Screen w/ Sat TV on 2nd floor. There is an I Pod ready stereo on each floor. Most of my renters are families and as a father I know the kids tend to hijack the TV so I split them up.
This is a fairly quiet location and is very close to the slopes. It is located in very wooded area. You can literally hike for days out of the front door. Cass, Big Springs,and other desirable locations are nearby. Affordable grocery, movie rental, and eateries are close to home. We detail local info to help you navigate a very spread out resort at an affordable price **LOCAL INFO AND ROAD REPORTS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST**

About the owner: Frequent visitor to the Snowshoe area. I like watching my kids enjoy and learn to appreciate the mountain environment and outdoor experience. Even if it is just for a few days at a time, they never forget the time the spend there. Nothing makes you smile like seeing an 8 year old climb to the top of her first mountain.
Why the Owner Chose Snowshoe: It's location is close to all of Pocahontas Counties outdoor activities, especially the biking/hiking right out the front door. Please note that the property has no legal address so the pin is incorrect. I will provide directions to my door from either entrance of Snowshoe. I am able to park directly in front of my house. But most of all the resort is within sight but I have peace and quiet. Surrounded by nature. On top of that I can cook in my own kitchen and the community is excellent. Kids can play outside and the I can walk the dog for miles.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: Excellent hot tub facilities, parking right out front, a yard, cheap restaurants, a market outside of the resort, the creek, riding my bike to the Greenbrier river trail and turning south to get coffee in Marlinton, walking my pup, privacy, friendly neighbors, minutes to skiing, affordable ski shops, and a great deal more.
