A PALM VILLA RESERVATION INCLUDES TWO HOUSES - as described below:
Palm I (3 bedroom - 2.5 bath - sleeps 10+) has a floor plan that includes a spacious master bedroom on the main floor (queen bed), fully equipped kitchen, 8 seat dining, comfortable living area & full laundry room. Upper floor bedrooms include a cozy queen bed room plus a second bunk bedroom with 2 full beds & 2 single bunks (this is a great teen/children’s room). Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms have TV's and DVD/VCR's.
Palm II (4 bedroom - 3.5 bath - sleeps 10+) has a floor plan that includes TWO LUXURIOS MASTER SUITES. Main floor has a huge king master, large kitchen with SS appliances that opens to a great dining area (seats 10+), spacious living area & laundry room. Second floor includes a roomy queen master suite w/private balcony, another large queen bedroom w/private balcony plus a bedroom with two full beds. All bedrooms include TV’s plus DVD.
Palm Villa includes TWO FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHENS, loaded to let the chef of your family create your meals. Plenty of seating with TWO DINING AREAS & TWO VERY COMFORTABLE LIVING ROOM AREAS with flatscreen televisions and surround sound systems. Palm Villa includes a large courtyard and other patio areas for entertaining or that morning cup of coffee. Other outdoor extras includ 2 BBQ grills, outdoor showers, rolling coolers, beach chairs and towels provided. Palm Villa is very family friendly providing highchairs, pack and play cribs, wagons & safety gates.
Palm Villa rental rates are very affordable. Get the benefits of a private pool without the expense (neigboring homes rent for an additional $2,000 per week for similar accommodations with a private pool). The large private/community pool (heated in spring) is just steps out the back door from Palm Villa (see Palm Villa in background of pool photo below). There are two large pools in this private community and most homes have small private pools - so very few properties use the pools.

Why the Owner Chose Frangista Beach
After a few years searching the Florida coastal towns for a retirement home we fell in love with the beaches of Destin. We found an absolutely friendly, charming and peaceful gated community in Emerald Waters Village. A short and easy stroll to the beach was a must in our requirements. We built with one home as a retirement and the second as rental income, and find that renting them together is fabulous for large family or friendly gatherings.

Like renting TWO HOME FOR THE PRICE OF ONE - with two kitchens, dining areas, living areas, laundry rooms. LOADS OF ROOM AND PRIVACY needed for a relaxing vacation.
Used by very few homes. Heated and right next door. No need to have a private pool or the rental rates of homes with them.

Our family of 19 just completed a week at the Palm Villa homes and could not have been more pleased. The 19 included four generations with grandchildren ranging in age from 18 months to 18 years. The location was just as described, the homes were clean and well kept, and the provisions (beach accoutrements, kitchen essentials, cleaning supplies, etc.) were much more than expected. We cooked breakfast each morning and grilled almost every evening with no problems with dining space. The pool is certainly convenient, but we spent most of our outside time at the beach because the first week of August was extremely hot. Some of our group had a couple of lunches and a few happy hours at Pompano Joe's and found it to be very good, but we spent most of our non-beach time on property enjoying each other's company. Having a good bike rental shop just one block away was a real bonus for me and I was directed to some very good options for 20 and 30 mile rides. If we return to Destin, we will certainly try to book Palm Villa and will recommend it to any of our friends looking to travel to this area.

We absolutely loved our vacation at Palm Villa. The homes were extremely nice, super clean and more than generously stocked. Ms. Brenda has everything you could even forget to think of in the homes for guest use. I could go on and on but the place was wonderful! Could not have picked a better person to deal with also. She was always available no matter the question. I would definately recommend these homes to anyone.

Palm Villa II was perfect for our group of nine. The house was spotless, beautiful and full of extra amenities. We used the well stocked kitchen and grill everyday to cook our meals. We also enjoyed the private patio area for relaxing and eating our meals. The gated community felt extremely safe. It was a very short walk to the beach. We went every morning and sometimes again in the evening, swimming at the pool in the afternoons. Plenty of nice shopping, restaurants and grocery stores in the area. The wagons, beach towels and beach chairs were nice extras. Brenda also had games and movies to watch at the house. Always a few games of Uno before bed with the 4 grandchildren aged 3-8. Bedtime was never a problem with the worn out swimmers and comfy beds. We were at Palm Villa II in April and the weather was fantastic, sunny and warm. Just what we needed after a long cold snowy Illinois winter. It was hard to leave, not sure 7 days was enough. Brenda was great, always quick to respond to my e-mails during the planning phase and very accommodating during our stay. I have already recommended the Palm Villas to friends and other relatives.

My family just spent a wonderful vacation at these homes. We can't say enough about the assistance and care given by Brenda. The homes were just perfect - better than we had imagined. The homes were well stocked and very clean. We had all we needed to enjoy a week in Destin. The beach and patio were our favorite gaterhing places. What a great vacation! Hope to return soon.

Our entire immediate family returned recently from a wonderful vacation at Palm Villa 1 & 2. We as parents decided it was time to have a wonderful family vacation in Destin Florida. We used the internet to find lodging for the family. We came across the description of Palm Villa 1 & 2 and saw the pictures of the two homes and felt they were perfect for us. Brenda was amazing to work with. Our children and grandchildren stayed for 1 week and my husband and I stayed an additional 5 days. The homes were furnished beautifully and were very well equipped with the necessities that would be needed. Our grandchildren loved the bunk beds and the TV/Video equipment. They were also thrilled to have the pool so close by. We made so many wonderful memories and I would have no problem recommending these homes to friends and family. We loved the ocean, the golf courses, driving ranges, miniature golf course and the shopping. As far as restaurants, we have always enjoyed Whale's Tales, Captain Dave's, Bayou Bills, Louisiana Langiappe, Harbor Docks, and our adult children enjoyed the Bar with all the one-dollar bills that are hanging everywhere in the bar. The beach was very close to the homes and Brenda provided lawn chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. There were also 2 wagons that could be used along with a cooler on wheels. If you want a wonderful place to stay with an exceptional person to rent from--choose Palm Villa 1 & 2.

This was our second year to spend "spring break" week at Palm I. Each time the house was exceptionally clean and better stocked than one would expect. The homeowner is a pleasure to work with and goes the extra step to make sure you are comfortable. Our teenagers enjoy the privacy of the upstairs bedrooms and the short walk to the beach. We all hope to return again.
