These luxurious & pristine (very well managed) homes sit side by side and are located in the quiet, privately gated community of Emerald Waters Village. One of two large private community pools located right out the back door.
PALM I (3 bedroom - 2.5 bath - sleeps 10+) has a floor plan that includes a spacious master bedroom on the main floor (queen bed) plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Upstairs bedrooms include a queen bedroom plus a second bunk bedroom with a full bed + single bunk and a futon + single bunk (this is a great teen/children’s room). All bedrooms have TV's and DVD/VCR's. The open kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins a fully equipped laundry room.
PALM II-Brand new-(4 bedroom - 3.5 bath - sleeps 10+) has a floor plan that includes TWO big and luxurious master suites (one king and one queen) plus an additional queen bedroom that all have access to private balconies or patios. The children are sure to enjoy the surfing theme room with two full beds. All bedrooms include TV’s plus DVD/VCRs. The elegant kitchen is loaded with all the amenities plus granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
Both homes have fully equipped kitchens with breakfast bars and plenty of seating. Large patio areas with BBQ gas grills for outdoor entertaining and relaxing. Both homes include comfortable and entertaining living rooms with large screen TV & surround sound stereo systems. Other extras include outdoor showers, rolling coolers, beach chairs & towels, plus full laundry rooms. Homes includes high-speed wireless internet access. Palm I & Palm II are very family friendly providing a highchair, pack and play crib, and safety gate in each house.
We have a great value that includes two fabulous, VERY CLEAN AND WELL MANAGED vacation homes that are only a short walk to the beach - two minutes - no golf cart necessary. Palm Villa is located on the quiter and less conjested east side of Destin, central to all shopping and restaurants of Destin, Sandestin and Grand Blvd. You get PERSONAL attention and support with my vacation homes because I manage my property; not the large management firms.

Why the Owner Chose Frangista Beach
After a few years searching the Florida coastal towns for a retirement home we fell in love with the beaches of Destin. We found an absolutely friendly, charming and peaceful gated community in Emerald Waters Village. A short and easy stroll to the beach was a must in our requirements. We built with one home as a retirement and the second as rental income, and find that renting them together is fabulous for large family or friendly gatherings.
