  We just returned from an amazing week in Palm Villa 1 & 2 , both houses are fully stocked and have everything you need, for comfort and convenience. we had apple room for 10 adults and 3 kids. we could have had a larger amount of people. It is great they stock beach towels and toys, so when you fly you do not have to worry about extra luggage. Fun, very clean and well taken care of homes, hopefully we can come back here soon.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We had a wonderful time at Palm Villa! Our son was married at Seascape Beach so we were looking for something close and we found this wonderful place. There were 14 people that stayed in the two homes...12 adults and two children. We never felt crowded in these homes. The homes were immaculate..had everything you could need from beach towels, chairs, to fully stocked kitchens and more. The rooms were very spacious.. the beds so comfortable and it was decorated beautifully! There was plenty of room for everyone to gather inside and out without feeling crowded. The patios were so nice and decorated with lights and comfortable furniture. It was a short, easy walk to the beach and the pool was just a few yards away. We thoroughly enjoyed both!! We just couldn't get over how CLEAN and SPOTLESS the homes were! Brenda, the owner was so awesome to work with. We had the pleasure of meeting her and her husband in the spring when we were there. You can't go wrong renting these homes. I promise they are everything you see in the pictures and more! Brenda was so kind to call and check on us after we got there to make sure everything was to our expectations and they were! When talking with her, I felt it was just as important to her that our stay be as enjoyable as we wanted it to be and it was! In this day and time you never know what you're going to get when you haven't seen it first hand, but you WILL NOT be disappointed! Thank you Brenda for making our stay so awesome!

  Our large family spent Thanksgiving this year at Palm Villas. We all, from youngest to oldest, agreed that that this was our best holiday away from home ever! The homes certainly met all of our needs: immaculate, great in size, comfortable beds, and fully equipped kitchens. We were pleased with the beautiful courtyard and firepit area which was a great space to gather. The location made a quick walk to the beach easily done and believe us--it's really close to the shopping!!!! The owner was easy to work with, quick to respond to questions through e-mails and phone calls. We felt that it was her desire, as well as ours, to enjoy her houses while there. Our family memories now include a fun time at Palm Villas which we hope to enjoy again one day!

  This is the nicest house I've ever rented in the Destin area. Its beautifully furnished and immanculant. I planend a "girl trip" for four ladies from TN, MS, NY & WS. We all travel extensively both domestically and international and loved Palm Villa! The patio was wonderful. We sat outside every evening as it was decorated with beautiful lights and furniture. The bedroom rooms all big and had comfortable beds. The kitchen is equiped with everything one would need. Its a short walk to the beach and the pool is 20 yds from the house. I will come back and highly recommend this property!

  We had three families staying here and we could not have asked for a more perfect spot!! Both houses had everything and more. There is a canopy for the beach and more than enough chairs and towels. Both homes also were spotless!!!!!!! A short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach and everything else you need near by. We also had to visit the local Dentist an ER :( But both were close and wonderful! After this vacation we decided Destin is the place that we will retire. I would recommend these houses to anyone and everyone. We had plenty of room and Brenda was wonderful to work with.

  What a wonderful place to stay and such a wonderful owner to work with. 13 adults and 11 children from 12 yrs on down stayed in the two homes. We had lots of room and the owner has it stocked so great. Never needed anything extra. Pool was very close and we used it everyday. The beach was a short walk. The beach chairs, beach towels, wagons and coolers were a great extra. Great location. Close walk for souvenirs and places to eat. Beautiful place and the owner, Brenda, was wonderful to work with. Can't wait to go back. Hope to go back next year.

  My family and I had such a great time at Palm Villas. Everything we needed was right there. The houses were beautiful and it felt like home. With the fully stocked kitchen we didn't have to go buy a large pot for the crab boil we had for my husbands birthday on the 4th. We also enjoyed going to the beach which was ljust steps away from the houses. The Water in the beach was beautiful and warm enough to stay in for hours which we did. We cooked out on the grill on our second day and really utilized the courtyard. We played games walked on beach and went to Silver Sands factory outlets. We are planning to make it a new family tradition. Everyone in our 15 party family slept comfortably. We go to Pigeon Forge TN every May and plan to come back to Palm Villas every other year in July. Simply beautiful. Thank you Brenda for such a wonderful vacation. May God bless Kim Carnes. Arden North Carolina

  Our family had been anticipating this trip to Destin for months. One of our adult children lives overseas and only comes home every few years. We took our three children, their spouses and children and ourselves for a grand total of 15! The house was laid out so perfectly for this mixed group. There was plenty of common space to come together as a big group (huge dining table in one of the houses) but also the layout of the two homes made it very easy for individuals to get away for down time. Our one main concern prior to arriving was that we would be too separated or that we would be exposed to the neighbors as we traveled between the two houses, but even this had been well thought out with back entries that made things completely private as well as a semi-private walk between side door of one house to front door of the next. We also had children there ranging from age 5-18 and the furniture type, flooring, etc., was so comfortable and well made that we could really relax. The proximity to the beach was an easy walk and the beach gorgeous and not over-crowded, especially considering it was a beautiful week in June. The house has lovely outdoor space, also conducive to big groups or small, and lots of helpful "stuff" beach towels, beach chairs, a grill. It seemed like every need we could have imagined was met by these two homes. It has been said before but Brenda's communication before and after our stay was thorough and helpful. This is a gem of a vacation spot and will be tucked away into our memories for years to come

  I can't say enough about how AWESOME the Palm Villas are. We stayed at Palm Villa 1 and 2 with our family. The houses were decorated so cute to go with the theme of Palm Villas. Loved it :) When we first arrived, we had a sweet little welcome bag that I personally thought was so kind of Brenda (Thank you it came in so handy!) We had everything we needed to cook for our family, and even grilled out steaks one night with the gas grill provided. It was clean and ready to go. I was so impressed with how CLEAN the houses were! The garage was stocked with all kinds of fun things to take to the beach. We used the beach chairs that came in so handy. The walk to the beach was just a hop,skip & a jump away. The pool is in the practically backyard! Loved that too! My most favorite time of the vacation at the Palm Villas was sitting in the beautiful courtyard every morning having coffee and watching our new little friends say good morning! (the beautiful birds, and my FAVORITE.. the little chameleons walking about on the trees!) This was an AMAZING vacation at the Palm Villas!
