My family of 17 people stayed here the week of our spring break April 2012 and I did not want to go home!! I felt more at home here than in my own house....There was more than enough room for all of us, and it was very well accommodating to our needs. It was better than we expected or even hoped for.... it was very clean and Brenda was amazing in her communication with me!! The beach was so close that it felt like we were right on the beach. So many great things to do for people of all ages around the area. We will be returning very soon!!! If you are looking for a great place to rent for your Destin vacation look no further this place is perfect!!!

We vacationed at Palm Villa with two other families during our Spring Break 2012. We had 15 in our party. The properties are exactly as photographed! We would choose Palm Villa again without hesitation. The homes exceeded our expectations and are stocked with everything you need for the perfect beach vacation! The care and concern of the owners to check and make sure we had all we needed went above and beyond!

Thank you Brenda, for a great property for our vacation! Everything was perfect, we had no shortcomings, in fact, Palm Villa exceeded our expectations! Super clean, new homes with spacious living areas, 9' ceilings down and up, and furnished beautifully! Everyone had a wonderful time and the houses echoed much laughter! You were kind to check on us and work with us on a couple of special needs. We will definitely be repeaters.

Perfect family getaway space

Our family of 19 just completed a week at the Palm Villa homes and could not have been more pleased. The 19 included four generations with grandchildren ranging in age from 18 months to 18 years. The location was just as described, the homes were clean and well kept, and the provisions (beach accoutrements, kitchen essentials, cleaning supplies, etc.) were much more than expected. We cooked breakfast each morning and grilled almost every evening with no problems with dining space. The pool is certainly convenient, but we spent most of our outside time at the beach because the first week of August was extremely hot. Some of our group had a couple of lunches and a few happy hours at Pompano Joe's and found it to be very good, but we spent most of our non-beach time on property enjoying each other's company. Having a good bike rental shop just one block away was a real bonus for me and I was directed to some very good options for 20 and 30 mile rides. If we return to Destin, we will certainly try to book Palm Villa and will recommend it to any of our friends looking to travel to this area.

We absolutely loved our vacation at Palm Villa. The homes were extremely nice, super clean and more than generously stocked. Ms. Brenda has everything you could even forget to think of in the homes for guest use. I could go on and on but the place was wonderful! Could not have picked a better person to deal with also. She was always available no matter the question. I would definately recommend these homes to anyone.

Palm Villa - Better than we had imagined

My family just spent a wonderful vacation at these homes. We can't say enough about the assistance and care given by Brenda. The homes were just perfect - better than we had imagined. The homes were well stocked and very clean. We had all we needed to enjoy a week in Destin. The beach and patio were our favorite gaterhing places. What a great vacation! Hope to return soon.

Wonderful Vacation at Palm Villa II

Palm Villa II was perfect for our group of nine. The house was spotless, beautiful and full of extra amenities. We used the well stocked kitchen and grill everyday to cook our meals. We also enjoyed the private patio area for relaxing and eating our meals. The gated community felt extremely safe. It was a very short walk to the beach. We went every morning and sometimes again in the evening, swimming at the pool in the afternoons. Plenty of nice shopping, restaurants and grocery stores in the area. The wagons, beach towels and beach chairs were nice extras. Brenda also had games and movies to watch at the house. Always a few games of Uno before bed with the 4 grandchildren aged 3-8. Bedtime was never a problem with the worn out swimmers and comfy beds. We were at Palm Villa II in April and the weather was fantastic, sunny and warm. Just what we needed after a long cold snowy Illinois winter. It was hard to leave, not sure 7 days was enough. Brenda was great, always quick to respond to my e-mails during the planning phase and very accommodating during our stay. I have already recommended the Palm Villas to friends and other relatives.

Our entire immediate family returned recently from a wonderful vacation at Palm Villa 1 & 2. We as parents decided it was time to have a wonderful family vacation in Destin Florida. We used the internet to find lodging for the family. We came across the description of Palm Villa 1 & 2 and saw the pictures of the two homes and felt they were perfect for us. Brenda was amazing to work with. Our children and grandchildren stayed for 1 week and my husband and I stayed an additional 5 days. The homes were furnished beautifully and were very well equipped with the necessities that would be needed. Our grandchildren loved the bunk beds and the TV/Video equipment. They were also thrilled to have the pool so close by. We made so many wonderful memories and I would have no problem recommending these homes to friends and family. We loved the ocean, the golf courses, driving ranges, miniature golf course and the shopping. As far as restaurants, we have always enjoyed Whale's Tales, Captain Dave's, Bayou Bills, Louisiana Langiappe, Harbor Docks, and our adult children enjoyed the Bar with all the one-dollar bills that are hanging everywhere in the bar. The beach was very close to the homes and Brenda provided lawn chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. There were also 2 wagons that could be used along with a cooler on wheels. If you want a wonderful place to stay with an exceptional person to rent from--choose Palm Villa 1 & 2.

This was our second year to spend "spring break" week at Palm I. Each time the house was exceptionally clean and better stocked than one would expect. The homeowner is a pleasure to work with and goes the extra step to make sure you are comfortable. Our teenagers enjoy the privacy of the upstairs bedrooms and the short walk to the beach. We all hope to return again.

We stayed in Palm I last week. It certainly met our expectations, as it was as described, immaculately clean and well stocked!! The neighborhood was quiet, secure and all the homes were very nice with a short walk to the beach. We had a very comfortable stay and would recommend the home/homes to others. The only problem was we did not want to leave!

Our stay at Palm II house was wonderful. There were 11 of us and we were all very comfortable the whole week. The house was VERY nice and the mattress on our King bed was exceptional. I only regret we did not pull the mattress pad down so we could get the brand. Our kids had a blast. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality.

We had 4 adults, 2 pre-teens, 3 young children and 1 toddler. We all fit fine and felt very comfortable. I love the new additions you made this year with the piece of furniture in the kitchen area (it was great for storing toys, purses etc). The booster seat was a nice addition too, because we didn't have to bring our own. The walk to the beach was sooooo easy (even with my toddler--he walked the whole way there and back). You two are such pleasant people to work with and you do everything in your power to make our vacation experience a perfect one. Thank you for your beautiful home and awesome customer service. We enjoyed every minute at the Palm II house. There were 5 adults and 4 young children. Everything was at our finger tips, including two pack-n-plays for the babies. Brenda, the owner, was very nice and accommodating. We highly recommend this property and will rent again from Brenda should we vacation in Denstin in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised with the house. I expected it to be nice. It was quite nice - clean, new and... well appointed (including wi-fi). There were seven of us, and we were all comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach. There was a really nice Italian place on the corner of Holiday and Emerald Coast Highway. You may want to walk (short)- great wine list... amazing food. The bed in the master bedroom (upstairs) was very comfortable - the room spacious. I planned on doing little more than nothing on this trip... and pulled that off thanks to not having to nance around Destin for three days finding things. Brenda (very nice lady) must have sat up nights thinking of things to keep in the house. Nice place.

The house was so great. My family was entirely self-sufficient for the week with vast number of immenities. All we brought was food (and clothes of course)! The location is also great! The pool is less than 30 yards from the house, the beach is just a little over 100 yards from the house, and several great restuarants are within walking distance. Perhaps the best part of renting the PALM II was dealing with the owner. She is very hospitable, answers all of your questions, and seems to truly care about your family. She actually called mid-week to see how our trip was going.

COMMENT FROM HOUSE GUEST BOOK This is a wonderful home. When the owners say that all that you need to bring is your clothes - they mean it. From the smallest things like extra liners in each trash can, many beach towels and bath towels, several beach chairs and sand toys to even a cooler. The pool was also very convenient and not ever too busy. Then neighbors were all very friendly. Close to all activities from outlets, go cart riding and great food choices. The home was beautiful and very comfortable for me and my family. It felt just like home (except newer!). The pool was great, the beach was beautiful and very accessible (even with 2 small children). We have stayed in many vacation rental homes over the years and yours is by far the cleanest, most well equipped and comfortable. I cooked several meals at the house and everything from the large lobster pot to the salad tongs was right there at my disposal. How wonderful not to have to cram our beach chairs and towels into our already packed van and then you took it a step further and provided a beach cart! The girls enjoyed having their own private getaway with t.v. and dvd player and we enjoyed the layout of the house which provides privacy to the master bedroom. Palm II was everything we could have asked for and more. The location was private yet close to entertainment, water, food, etc. The house was furnished beautifully, yet comfortable, and provided everything imaginable. Everything one needs is there. I was so impressed. We had ALL the comforts of home. The beach is just across the street. The gift shop, as well as the ice cream shop is just on the corner, which was perfect for the kids. I felt like we were in the perfect location.
