Deposit Required to Confirm Weekly Rental: $250. Refundable Security Deposit
of $150 on Weekly Rental; Weekly Rental Balance Due- 30 days before rental Date.
Discount stay for 2 weeks is 5 % and 3 or more weeks is 7.5%.
Past renters receive a referral bonus of 5%.
