FIRST RENTAL SEASON for OUR HOME! BE OUR GUEST...
Near the top of the mountain, a large, cedar contemporary awaits you and your vacationing family or group. Soak up the quiet, peaceful serenity as you watch the deer, wild turkey, and other wildlife from many tall windows inside. Every effort has been made to insure your vacationing pleasure. This is our other home, and we LOVE it! We want you to LOVE it, too!
This Non-Smoking, Pet-Friendly home is fresh and inviting. The Great Room, Dining, and Kitchen are entirely open and awesome, with soaring ceilings, a woodburning fireplace, TV with DVD, a CD/Radio, and lots of comfortable seating, even a rocking chair! In warm weather, there is a large, screened porch with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. This is the area of the house that encourages togetherness and sharing of special moments.
Our Kitchen and adjacent laundry area are fully-equipped, with all the large and small appliances one could need. Just bring your groceries (and detergents and paper products!) and LET THE FUN BEGIN!
The first floor has a second Master Bedroom with a Queen bed. There are twin beds in one bedroom, and a full bed in the other. The first floor bath is Hollywood-style, with two compartments, so that two guests can use it simultaneously. The Master Suite is on the upper, loft area and features a large skylight, a private balcony, and a large bath with two-person Jacuzzi surrounded by natural cedar, mirrors and a wooded view. There is also a separate shower for those hurried mornings! Blankets, pillows, linens, and comforters are provided. (There is also a sleep sofa in lower level family room.)
The Lower Level is one very large Family Room with a pool table, TV with DVD, lots of comfortable seating, and room for card playing, games, etc. This is a great room for relaxing after an exhilarating day on the slopes, or hiking around the Poconos. |
