Escape the city for the weekend! This cozy cottage is located in the majestic mountains of the Shenandoah Valley. It accommodates six people comfortably. This cottage is fully furnished and pet friendly.
If you feel up to visiting historical sites, downtown Winchester is a must! You can pay a visit to Patsy Cline's home and her grave site located at the Shenandoah Memorial Park. You can also visit George Washington's Office and Stonewall Jackson's Headquarters! You can also take a train ride and see the bald eagle in nearby Romney, West Virginia. Go fishing or sunbathing at the inland beach located within the wooded community! Hike on the many trails. The possibilities are endless!
Our rooms are tastefully decorated and appeal to many. Escape to the loft for a romantic, dream-like atmosphere as you relax on your own private deck watching the stars OR relax in our comfortable canopy bed full of pillows. Pull the netting around you and dream of exotic places.
Sit on our comfy burgandy lounge located just outside of the dining room. You can read your favorite book for hours! Sip on a glass of complimentary wine. All of the wines we stock are from Virginia.
If you need some play time, go to the living area where we have Satellite TV, DVD player with video library, stereo, foosball table, air hockey table and various family games. Get comfy on our black leather sleeper sofa (queen)and a black leather loveseat situated on a brick floor with area rugs. There is a woodstove to keep you warm and give the room a romantic feel.
Your furry children are our furry guests! You need to watch them just like you would a small child. There are many things to sniff and they love it!
Please NO SMOKING in the house however smoking is allowed on the deck.
PLEASE NOTE: We take all reservation requests seriously. If you are interested in a making a reservation, please be prepared to sign an agreement and make a deposit and/or payment in full within a week's time. We will hold a date for 2-3 days without an agreement.
