Come relax in the beautiful and tranquil "Boonefest" house... we invite you to enjoy this wonderful vacation home at an elevation of over 4000 feet in Blowing Rock, North Carolina.
The House, affectionately called "Boonefest," was built in 1918 and is perfectly situated near some of Blowing Rock’s most historic homes, including a former North Carolina Governor’s summer home. It was recently renovated and is a great house for large groups.
The home is less than a mile to both downtown Blowing Rock and the Blowing Rock horse stables. Hiking and riding trails are within a mile at Moses Cone Park. The Blue Ridge Parkway and its scenic vistas are less than five minutes away by car.
The house has a wonderful kitchen and spacious living area with sky lights and lots of windows. There are multiple cozy seating areas and a gas log fireplace. In addition to the two bedrooms and two full baths downstairs, there are two bedrooms (including a bunkroom) upstairs with one full bath. Other features include a fabulous expansive deck with great outdoor dining table; beautiful stone walls; a sitting room with a futon which can serve as a bed; a wonderful covered sitting area outside the front door; a large dining room seating ten+; and a phenomenal communal overlook of the mountains just up the road(with incredible sunsets).

Rental Rates: $295/night (2-night minimum with 3-night minimum on
holiday weekends). $25/pp charge when over 10 persons (per stay, not per night).
$1900/week* (with some higher rates for holiday and horse show weeks).
$4900/month
Rates include taxes and are subject to increase.
CLEANING FEE extra: $130 for groups less than 10 and $150 for groups
of 10 or more.
