This is a very conveniently located, two bedroom, three bathroom, family-friendly, second-story, home-away-from-home. It is only five minutes or so from the main lift at Peak 9 in Breckenridge, and less than that from several of Breckenridge's best restaurants, shops, galleries, watering holes, and so on.
The bike path complex is easily accessible, and goes for several miles in many directions. The city indoor skating facility is right across the road, and there is skating on Maggie Pond right in front of the condominium in winter, or paddle boating in summer. The Blue river runs by within a few feet and fly fishing spots are close by. Breckenridge and Summit county are blessed with excellent parks and recreation facilities, including a great sledding hill for the young at heart an easy walk away.
Comfortable and attractive, while remaining very liveable, is the theme here. The morning light show on the mountain peaks is worth rising a little early, and the sunsets are also spectacular.
