This is a very conveniently located, two bedroom, three bathroom, family-friendly, second-story, home-away-from-home. It is an easy walk, approximately 200 yards, to the main lift and amenities (ski school, ski rentals) at Peak 9 in Breckenridge, and less than that from several of Breckenridge's best restaurants, shops, galleries, watering holes, and so on.
The bike path complex is easily accessible, and goes for several miles in many directions. The city indoor skating facility is right across the road, and there is skating on Maggie Pond right in front of the condominium in winter, or paddle boating in summer. The Blue river runs by within a few feet and fly fishing spots are close by. Breckenridge and Summit county are blessed with excellent parks and recreation facilities, including a great sledding hill for the young at heart an easy walk away.
Comfortable and attractive, while remaining very liveable, is the theme here. The morning light show on the mountain peaks is worth rising a little early, and the sunsets are also spectacular.

My friends and I have had a fantastic experience in this rental unit. It is clean, and the kitchen and bathrooms are very well equipped and stocked. There is plenty of space for lots of friends and family. The sun in the afternoon is wonderful and fills the apartment with great light. The view is great. Best of all is the location. It's a short walk to the lift and downtown, making it easy to get around without having to use a car. The descriptions on the site are all accurate, and the owner has also been great to deal with.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children.

The Condo was a great experiance for my family and I. The kids especially loved that the owner accomedated a kids needs-a TV, and a bunk bed. We, as a family, really enjoyed that Peak 9 was less that five minutes away. The pool was fabulous, with a kiddie pool for the youngest. My family aslo enjoyed the hot tubs after a long day, filled with many exciting adventures, easily found within Breckenridge. We cannot wait untill our next visit to the Condo. I would recommend this to anyone, with or without children.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

The Condo is wonderful. Great location, very clean, very comfortable and very spacious. We had everything we needed for our stay and we were within walking distance to everything. The fireplace is great! We highly recommend it to anyone and we will definately stay there again.
