Charming townhouse condominium located in Nobadeer Meeting House, a development conveniently located near town, Surfside beach (5 minute ride), Nantucket's famous bike paths and shopping. A swimming pool is available for those days when the beach isn't an option. The bike path abutting the property will let you explore Surfside, ' Sconset and Madaket while enjoying Nantucket's unique scenery. The WAVE-NRTA (shuttle) stops across the street from the development and is an easy way to get around the island. There's lots to explore, sights to take in and sunsets to enjoy.
This new condominium is tastefully decorated, centrally air conditioned, and fully equipped. The first floor features a comfortable family area, dining area seats 6 guests, open kitchen with counter seating and a full bath. The second floor has a full bath and 3 bedrooms. The master contains a queen-size bed, and the other 2 are outfitted with twin beds. Full basement has laundry facilities.
