Owners reside in Chicago. Our family owns three units in La Coquina and celebrate over 30 years of memories on this key.
Why the Owner Chose Manasota Key
Honeymooned on Manasota Key and fell in love with it. Bought this unit and use in summer as a vacation gettaway from Chicago winters. Our duaghters learned to swim here and love visiting more than openning Christmas presents. Updated, causal but elegant and steps from beach with ocean view from family room and chase lounge on patio.

Priceless sunsets. Native beach, sea oats, turtles and dolphins daily. We love leisure shopping at Barefoot trader, steps away. Pool or Beach is the tough decision of the day. Gym close by (YMCA) and casual and fine dining steps or a few minutes drive.

What a magical and spacious little Condo. Offers the luxury of a Beach View from the screened in porch and one of the best pools on Manasota Key. Both of my girls learned to swim in this pool. Covered parking directly beneath the unit and ample storage for beach chairs, snorkles and pool toys. The beach is literally 50 steps from the unit and with Ceiling Fans throughout, we especially enjoy this unit in the summer. Door to door Disney in 2 hours. A long day but rich in memories and value! The owner has a total of three units in the complex which was ideal for our large family. Truly a slice of heaven! Go! You will love it and be back! Great ammenities and restaurants on the key!
