Welcome to Primrose Villa, our luxury four bedroom three bathroom home, fully equipped with everything you need to make your Florida vacation a time to remember.
Our luxury home is an ideal base from where to explore everything Florida has to offer, from busy days at the theme parks, shopping at the numerous malls, or just relaxing by the 26' X 12' South facing private pool with spa.
Southern Dunes is a PGA championship golf course rated four star by Golf Digest and ranked in the top 100 courses in America and in the top six in Florida.
In addition to the golfing facilities there is a club house & restaurant, a large communal swimming pool, tennis courts and children’s play area.
Outside the gated entrance, yet within walking distance there is a 24 hour WAL MART, bank, and fast food outlets, fine restaurants are also nearby.
Southern Dunes is an ideal base from which to visit all the major attractions, around a 20 minute drive from Disney, 25-30 minutes to Universal Studios and Islands Of Adventure and about 30 minutes to Sea World. Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre are about an hours drive away.
Our luxury home is furnished to a very high standard with hand picked (not package) furniture.
The home is fully equipped for, and can accommodate up to ten guests when using the sofa bed. Crib / highchair are also available if required.
Our home is fully air conditioned throughout and consists of:
*Stylishly furnished lounge with cable TV, telephone with free local calls. Also with FREE High Speed Internet connection.
*Family room, fully furnished looking out to the pool area.
*Dining room.
*Fully equipped kitchen comprising: oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave. A washing machine and tumble drier are situated in the utility area.
*Breakfast nook.
*Master bedroom including king-size four poster bed, Master Bathroom, walk in closet, cable TV, DVD player.
*Second Master bedroom fully furnished with queen bed, bathroom closet, cable TV.
*The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds (one is Disney themed), and share the third bathroom.
*26 X 12 foot screened pool plus spa, both of which can be heated if required, full selection of pool furniture provided.
*A Playstation and games, CD player and selection of board games are provided.
*Ample supply of linens and towels are provided.

We had such a good holiday - although utterly exhausting - so much to do! The villa is super and really suited us in terms of facilities and location - also very happy with the service form the management company.

We do not have enough words to accurately describe how much we have enjoyed it here. The house itself is beautiful tastefully decorated but still has a family enjoy it feel to it . All our family that has been here to visit all have the same thing to say in one word Beautiful. We will certainly recommend this to anyone we know that is looking for a spot here in Florida.
