100% GORGEOUS REMODEL--EVERYTHING RE-DONE!! Travertine floors, vanities and shower/tubs. Granite in the kitchen, new carpet, linens, baseboards, plus Italian tile on the fireplace where the flat screen TV is mounted. TWO large bedrooms with two baths. If you have a map of NCV it may appear to you that we are located on the east side of the building and therefor could not have an ocean view. Because of the way the units are constructed inside the interior is "flipped" and our ocean view is spectacular!
Two level condo is fully furnished will all the amenities including linens, kitchen utensils, flat screen TV's, DVR's, high speed internet connection, etc. There is a king bed upstairs and two full beds in the downstairs bedroom. A Pack-and-Play portable crib, high chair, booster seat, and umbrella stroller are in the unit. Everything for a memorable beach vacation -- boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels, etc. Sorry,no smoking and no pets allowed.
Enjoy our gated community with 24 hour on-site security with activities for kids...ping pong, pool tables, putting green, community bar-b-que with tables and a gym with sauna. There are two heated pools with outdoor jacuzzi. Our lush, tropical landscaping with its waterfalls and streams offer tranquility and a feeling of being far away.
At the harbor you can rent Sea-Doos or kayaks or take a 1/2 day fishing trip. Brand new 333 Pacific is a hip, modern restaurant that offers fabulous food and martinis at the pier.
We are located very near the sand (like 2 minute walk) and a 8 minute walk to the harbor.

We stayed 9/22 - 9/27. We came in for a Wedding.The place is exactly as described. You can easily walk to the harbor and pier. So if you want to drink and not drive very convenient . The owners are very nice and detailed. The one thing that was really nice, is the downstairs bedroom had two full size beds verse twin and trundles that you see in most. The grounds are very well maintained. Deceiving from the outside.This is our fifth trip this year we stayed in many condos. This is an exceptional value. Thank you Suzanne and Steven.

We stayed @ this beautiful condo from 9/14/11-9/21/11 when our son was graduating Marine Boot Camp. Absolutely loved everything about the condo and NCV!! The grounds are beautiful, steps to the beach and harbor (where we saw seals). Just a short drive to San Diego. Anaheim and L.A. We went to all three places:) The owner was extremely helpful when planning our trip giving detailed info on places to shop, drug stores and restaraunts. Not to mention having everything you need for a day at the beach!! Loved it and would definitely stay again!!

My family just returned from a wonderful vacation spent in Oceanside in this condo. We loved it! We have been renting condos in this complex for 13 years and found this to be one of the nicest ones available. Everything has been upgraded and well taken care of. Plus working with the owners could not have been easier. The master bedroom has an amazing rooftop patio that is actually quite private. Beds are clean and comfy and you get that great ocean breeze at night. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay at NCV.

Lots to do in the area and the beach is very close. Condo was very clean and comfortable. The owners are very accomodating and provide some great tips and instructions on where things are and how to get to them.

This was our third time to stay at North Coast Village and in this condo. It is nicely decorated yet comfortable. You immediately feel at home. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The view is spectacular and the pool and beach are less than a five minute walk thru the beautifully landscaped grounds. Would definetly recommend this place to anyone.

This was our first time to stay at this resort, and it was absolutely beautiful. The grounds were full of flowers and contained waterfalls throughout. Our son was about to deploy and wanted some time on the beach with his wife and son before he had to leave, so we rented the condo for us to have some downtime with him and his family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The condo is beautifully decorated, and we had plenty of room. It was nice that the owners had all of the paraphenalia for babies, such as a high chair, crib, toys, etc. so that we didn't have to pack any of those. I was surprised when I was told that there was no a/c, but there was plenty of breeze blowing through the windows and sliding doors to handle the temperature. The owner was very helpful with information about the resort, places to eat, and activities to enjoy. We had a wonderful time on our vacation, and I'm sure if we get back to CA again, we would stay there again.

Excellent place to stay as very clean and close to everything! We went to the ocean as well as to the pool and hot tub everyday. Loved the ocean view from the upstairs deck. We were able to see many beautiful sunsets! We would definitely stay again!!

Loved our stay here! Fell asleep each night to the sound of the waves,and the view from the upper deck is spectacular.Lovely,comfy decor inside,lush landscaping outside and enough to do here to keep our two teen-aged grandsons on the go,day and night.Two level unit has enough space and privacy for families or two couples sharing.Super nice owners who are very accommodating to meeting the dates we needed.We hope to return next summer for longer,one week here is not enough.
