In Seaside Proper "Little Shady" is Cute and Comfy and Steps from the Beach!

  Could not have asked for a better place to vacation. The house ( Little Shady Lady ) was just right for my wife and I. Everything we needed. The staff of Seaside was also great. This was the 3rd time we have vacationed at Seaside. Could not have been better !!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

  Our stay at Little Shady was everything we hoped for, a fabulously relaxing week in the perfect location so close to the beach, pool and town center. Little Shady is so private, yet a two minute walk to restaurants, art galleries, cute shops, wonderful Modica Market, coffee shop, ice cream stores, and those funky food trailers. The barbeque is great! There is no place like Seaside and this cottage made it even more wonderful. Loved having two bathrooms for my husband and two kids and me. We'll be back soon and can't wait. And, we'll be staying at Little Shady again.

  Little Shady is the perfect place for a small family. It is quaint and charming. Great location with short walking distance to the beach. Also, very convenient to the town square. Owner is always very accommodating and has the cottage ready upon arrival.

  We enjoyed our stay extemely. By having a porch on the lower level and a screened in on the upper level off the bedroom we could enjoy wine and snacks from the local, well appointed market. Tucked away off the street in the trees it was private and the foliage of the area surrounds the cottage on all sides. This is a very nice sized cottage, with plenty of room for two - esp. the upper level being all bedroom and large bath and tub, it allowed us to relax. Walk to the beach very short, and having a pavillion right at the beach allowed us to feel very pampered and allowed us to watch the sunset in some of the best seats on the beach -- unless you are at Bud and Alley's upper deck listening to the bell mark the sunset. The food was very good from the tacos to the fancier sushi, dinners, or the extremely yummy Great Southern.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car.
