Summer Breeze Villa is located in the quiet Four Corners neighborhood only 10 minutes from the gates of Disney. Within minutes of restaurants, malls and golf.
This spacious open plan villa has plenty of room to relax in after a busy day at the theme parks. We have a family room in addition to the sitting room, with a formal dining area as well as a large kitchen island with stools for casual dining. A games room has table football, air hockey and table tennis.
Cable TV is provided with over 200 channels in addition to cable TV in the two master bedrooms. Stereo, VCR, DVD player are provided.
The utility room houses washer, dryer and ironing facilities. Hair dryers, radio alarm clocks, linen and towels are supplied for your convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for a family feast taken at the formal dining table. There are also unbreakable items for dining around the pool.
With four bedrooms it contains a king-size, queen-size and four twin beds. The spacious master suite has an en-suite bathroom containing walk-in shower, tub, vanity unit and toilet, leading to a large dressing room. The family bathroom contains a deep, full-size tub with shower over. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.
The 28' pool and bubbling spa have a removable safety fence and the access patio doors have an electronic alarm for additional safety.

The nearest golf course is only two miles away with many other golf courses within easy reach. Numerous restaurants and shops are located on and around Highway 27 with a 24hr Walmart Supercenter within 5 minutes drive. Champions Gate is five minutes away, containing two Greg Norman championship golf courses along with international restaurants, video rental store, hairdresser, bank, cleaners, nail salon and Publix supermarket amongst many outlets.
Lake Louisa State Park is 15-20 minutes drive north on Highway 27 and hosts many sporting and adventurous pursuits including: canoeing, swimming, fishing, horse trails, hiking trails and wildlife viewing. The park charges only $4 entrance fee per vehicle.
