Beautiful air conditionned 1030 sq. feet unit on the 4th floor, facing North. Sleeps 5. It consists of 1 large bedroom with a Queen size bed and single size trundle beds for 2. Also, a closed den (as a private small 2nd bedroom) with single size trundle beds also for 2 - giving 6 sleeping options + Living room with Queen size sofabed. Dining area, equipped eat-in kitchen: microwave, dishwaher and garbage disposal. Washer-dryer. RENOVATED BATHROOM.

Sliding doors from bedroom and living room to private 132 sq. feet balcony across the entire unit. There is an electric grill. Magnificient ocean, sandy beach and crest views.

3 cable TVs, one of which a 32 INCH LCD HIGH DEFINITION FLAT PANEL LIQUID CRYSTAL TV, 3 VCRs, 1 DVD player.

Linen provided. Just bring your beach towel, swim suit and sun block.

Building has 2 elevators. Gated main entrance with 24 hour security and one parking space - street parking for additional vehicles within one block. Landscape sundeck with heated kiddie and adult pools, jacuzzi, exercise room, game room with ping pong and pool table. No pets, no bikes allowed on Ocean Place property.
