Our beautiful, single-story, four bedroom, two bath home is located in a peaceful corner of Highlands Reserve.
Newly refurbished in April 2007 during our Easter holiday.
Split into a Formal Dining Area and Formal Lounge Sitting Area we believe our home is extremely relaxing, especially after a long day at one of the theme parks. We have though provided options to hopefully keep everyone happy and occupied: a large TV with Digital Cable, a DVD player and a Playstation2 with one controller and several games provided. The Games Area in the garage includes pool table, table tennis, air hockey, table football, tennis rackets and balls. There is something to keep all interests happy.
The fully-equipped Kitchen with Breakfast Room has everything you require to make your stay easy and comfortable - even a teapot! The Laundry Room has a washer and dryer and there is space in the garage to hang clothes too. A cleaner can be arranged at extra cost to come in during your stay.
A high chair and travel cot are also available for our smaller guests - at no extra charge.
The bedrooms are: Master Suite with king bed and large walk-in Shower Room, a Queen Bedroom, two Twin Bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The Master and Queen bedrooms both have Cable TV as does one of the twin rooms.
The heated pool (with 4 reclining sunloungers and other patio furniture) overlooks the golf course and gets the wonderful Florida sun all day, but there is also plenty of shade as well with the covered lanai. Ideal for relaxing with a drink and a barbecue after a day at the parks. Switch on the pool lights and sit and enjoy the sun set with a large glass of wine or a beer while hubby cooks!
As our guests you can also enjoy the following benefits: Highlands Reserve offers a Mike Dasher designed, championship 18-hole golf course, and you also have free access to an all-weather tennis court, a children's play area, and a community swimming pool.
Situated next door to the community is a Publix Supermarket, a hairdresser, a nail bar, several take-out restaurants, an Applebees restaurant along with several other stores. Other restaurants are not far away. Wahlgreens is 5minutes down the road.
Highlands Reserve is approximately a 15 minute drive from Disney, but needless to say this depends on traffic conditions and time of day. We are also less than an hour from Busch Gardens.
Linens and towels are provided, along with pool towels.
Free calls within the USA/Canada/Puerto Rico are now also possible, along with free wireless internet access for those who can't switch off!
