If so, please consider our beautiful home located in Oceanside Village (OSV) in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. Oceanside Village is a private gated community with 24-hour security. Our pier home is located in a gated community directly across the street from the ocean with plenty of privacy as you enjoy your mornings or evenings on a furnished screened in porch overlooking a moat. You will find, as we do, that you will spend a great deal of time enjoying the spacious porch and beach atmosphere. Our home has a fully-equipped kitchen including stove, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, and has a separate dining area. The dining room seats six people. A laundry room, located near the kitchen has a full-size washer and dryer. The living area features a King-size bed in the Master bedroom, with a private bath, with both a shower and a garden tub. The second bedroom features a Queen-size bed, with second bath directly across the hallway, and the third bedroom features a Full size bed. The living room is large and features a full-size sofa and love seat. The sofa can be pulled out to make another Queen-size bed. There is a TV with VCR and DVD in the den and a TV with DVD in the third bedroom. There are ample closets in all the rooms. Ample parking is available. We know you will find our home and Oceanside Village a great place to vacation. Oceanside Village has a private gated beach access available to residents and their guests. The Conch Café is located adjacent to the private beach parking area. Oceanside Village has indoor and outdoor and two kiddie pools, five wonderful fishing lakes, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, and a brand new community center. No smoking. No pets allowed. Security deposit required. Linens and towels are provided. Paper products not provided. Cleaning: We are very proud of our home. For the enjoyment of each guest, you may opt to either cleaning the home or you may pay an additional fee to have the service provided for you (running dishwasher, and putting up the dishes, washing sheets, towels, etc. and placing them back on the appropriate beds and in appropriate bath rooms must be done by the renter, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, etc, will be done by the cleaning service for the aditional fee) Please say I saw your listing on VRBO® #77503.
