The 100 year-old restored stone house is located four kilometers from the market town of Apt and a 10-miute walk from the village of Gargas with its newsagent, bakery, grocery shop, post-office, pharmacy, restaurant and small super-market.
Set well back from the road and facing south and west with lovely views on the Luberon Mountains, the house has been sensitively modernized and offers spacious interconnected living and dining room with terracotta floors and exposed tree trunk beams that make it cosy, intimate and charming. These rooms and the kitchen have large doors opening onto a terrace where life is mostly lived in the summer and where a shady spot can always be found because of the old trees in the garden.
