We have a beautiful, remodeled (FALL 2011) 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the Royal Mauian, which is ideally located between two of the best beaches in Maui! Our easy to reach, second floor, south end condo (no one on either side of us!) is a very spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished, with over 865 square feet of living space, excluding the lanai. It has peaceful ocean views, to the west, from the lanai (balcony) and master bedroom (see photos). Our rates reflect the location of our remodeled unit. It is easily accessible so why climb up several flights of stairs to have the best rate and best view?
The new kitchen has all GE Profile appliances, beautiful custom cabinets, gorgeous Sea Green granite counter tops. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the amenities needed for those who love to cook.
The master bedroom has a top of the line Serta California King Trump Luxury Suites plush mattress (same one used by the Four Season's Hotel!) and a large built-in closet. The bedroom also has a new Panasonic 32" LCD/LED flat screen HD-TV for your enjoyment. You can enjoy the view of the ocean out over the lanai and never have to leave your bed! The master bedroom has a large master bath, which can be closed off from the rest of the condo, by the new Teak pocket door.
The guest bedroom has new Serta Perfect Sleeper twin beds and a large wall closet. The twins can be made into a king bed, if necessary. The guest room also has a new Panasonic 32" LCD/LED flat screen HD-TV, Blu-ray (BD), and CD player for your enjoyment. The guest bedroom has its own bathroom, which can be closed off from the rest of the condo, by the new Teak pocket door.
The living area is furnished with new, comfortable, Hawaiian contemporary style furniture and is a perfect place to rest at the end of the day. A Sony 46" LCD/LED flat screen HD-TV, Sony Blu-ray (BD) player, Oceanic Cable HD-DVR, and Panasonic MP-3 Player is available to keep you updated on all that is going on around the world. You can use your laptop here as we do have free Wi-Fi connectability. This room can also be closed off with the use of the Teak pocket doors.
The lanai is large and a wonderful place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee, while planning your day in Maui.
The Royal Mauian has the only roof top garden deck, which is the perfect place to enjoy your evening cocktails and barbeque your freshly bought island fish. There is also a refrigerator, microwave and prep kitchen for getting your meal ready. The view of the Maui's south shore, including the islands of Kahoolawe, Molokini, and Lanai, is spectacular and one you will never forget! This is a great place to meet guests and talk about the adventures of the day!
You can swim with turtles, snorkel, surf, boogie board, jet ski or just lie on the sand, relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of the surf. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Hotels and golf courses are within minutes of the condo.

We can only say this was an amazing property and everything was as stated in the VRBO write-up. The condo is like walking into a friends home and feeling very very welcome. We would recommend this unit to anyone, young or old. It truly was a relaxing two weeks of sunshine every day, and we can't wait to return. Having such close access to two beautiful beaches as well as a pool was wonderful.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My wife and I absolutely love the place. The peakaboo view of the ocean is great and we are a 1 minute walk to the beach, fantastic. Being on the second floor is also great--not the first floor distractions but only 1 flight up--quick and easy. The Condo itself is well decorated and updated.
