Hamilton Estate is a private development near to Jolly Harbour, the premier marina, golf and leisure resort in the Caribbean, situated on the beautiful west coast of Antigua. Jolly Beach is just a 10 minutes walk away; a long sweep of soft white sand and turquoise sea fringed by palm trees, and the entrance to the marina is also just a 10 minutes walk away.
We are situated next to the new luxury Sugar Ridge boutique hotel which offers a spa, a gym, two restaurants and sophisticated nightly entertainment. Guests staying at Hamilton Estate are welcome to use the Sugar Ridge facilities.
Each of our three villas stands in its own garden and has 3 en-suite bedrooms, expansive internal and external living areas, and a private swimming pool with sundeck.
Guests staying at one of our villas can choose to include one or more days of their holiday aboard our 50' sailing yacht. Further details can be found at the end of this page.

Combine your stay with a day's sailing: For a very special experience, a day on our 50' sailing yacht ' will definitely prove a holiday highlight. The yacht is spacious and fitted out to an extremely high standard with a comprehensive inventory of equipment for personal safety and comfort. For fun and relaxation there are fins, masks and snorkels and a plethora of water toys; plus the tender for pottering about and shore leave.
There are so many places to explore around the coast of Antigua that each day on board offers new sights and destinations. You can choose to take it easy and relax for the day, leaving our crew to take care of everything, or you can actively participate in sailing the yacht. Snorkel over coral reefs and observe the Caribbean marine life - exotic fish, rays, turtles and dolphins - or laze on deck and enjoy freshly prepared meals with a choice of drinks. To end the day, drop anchor in another secluded bay, and enjoy canapés and cocktails as the sun goes down

Coco House has been designed for al fresco living with extensive verandas and decks that extend the internal spaces outwards. All principal rooms open to covered external areas, so suited to well-adjusted tropical living. The wide swing-back French doors can be secured open during the day to take full advantage of the cooling breezes and glorious sunshine. The 3 double bedrooms are all en-suite. The living area has French doors to two sides and is equipped with cable television, DVD player, hi-fi, and high-speed wireless Internet connection. The kitchen area is fully fitted with a range of base and wall units, oven with hob, a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a utility room with a washing/dryer. Doors lead out to the dining veranda which has a gas barbeque. Ceiling fans and air conditioning are fitted in all rooms. There are two large covered verandas and an open deck with a 26' x 14' pool. The villa has its own private garden.

My family of 3 children & 3 adults stayed at Coco House this February - what a holiday! I was slightly apprehensive about renting an 'unknown' on the internet, but prior to leaving reassured with much information from the Owners. Even better on arrival at Antigua Airport we were met by their represntative who took us to the Villa and explained everything. The Villa was everything we expected, but more so - the photos don't do it justice. Everything was immaculate, very clean and well stocked. One nice touch was the mobile phone left for our use - it saved a fortune over using our UK registered one on the local calls for taxis etc. The large veranda was shaded and perfect for a family breakfast and then in the evenigs for our regular BBQ's. Then during the day it was difficult to get the children out of the pool and to the beach! Jolly harbour is a 10 minute walk and has all the tourist facilities you need, plus a good sized supermarket at not too expensive cost. There are about 8 restaurants within walking distance and we had most meals in Melinies and Castaways.The quality was better than expected and although I expected high Caribbean prices, they were no different to those in the UK. The beaches were pristine with white powder sand and pure blue sea. We booked 3 main excursions. The owners suggested Benjamin's Taxis and they took us on a round island tour, tailored to our own specific needs - I can recommend this father & son team - they were punctutual, reliable, their driving was good and vehicles fine. We used them constantly after that. The next trip was the submarine adventure which lasted an hour and submerged to about 20m for great views of colourful fish. My 5 year old and 2 year twins were ecstatic. Last, my son and I took a helicopter trip to Monseratt to see the 'live' volcano errupting - something to tell his friends at school! Coco House is part of a small estate, comprisising 3 villas and an block of 4 apartments. There is good privacy and the Sugar Ridge Hotel next door offers 2 quality restuarants on your doorstep. If there is any criticism, it is that this new hotel has music nights which are a bit too loud, but this matter is being addressed by the Owners It is hard to fault Coco House, but I would not recommend it. The reason for this is that we would rather it remain a secret, so in future we can enjoy it just for ourselves - yes we will be rebooking. Seriously, go and you will not be disappointedRecommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

A fantastic Villa on a fantastic island, we have visited a few other of the Leward Is as well as Caymans, this outshone them all! Coco House is beautiful, the location is perfect for the beaches (do NOT miss Darkwood beach!) amenties in the Villa are first class, it was spotlessly clean when we arrived, we were met at the airport and then again at the Villa, Yasmine was extremely helpful (even rang us when a storm threatened just to check we were all OK!) the Villa was outstanding value for money, if you are considering Antigua then make sure you look at the Villas on Hamilton Estate, guarantee you will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We, a family of five, stayed at Coco's house for Feb half term week. The house was lovely, well laid out. The outside seating and dining areas were great. You really have room to spead out here and be comfortable. The pool, although small, was lovely to have and enjoy. The managment team were friendly and helpful. All in all, a great place and we would stay again. the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the landscaping was very new, so the children couldn't use the garden. But by now that will no longer be the case, so enjoy.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
