Hamilton Estate is a private development near to Jolly Harbour, the premier marina, golf and leisure resort in the Caribbean, situated on the beautiful west coast of Antigua. Jolly Beach is just a 10 minutes walk away; a long sweep of soft white sand and turquoise sea fringed by palm trees, and the entrance to the marina is also just a 10 minutes walk away.
We are situated next to the new luxury Sugar Ridge boutique hotel which offers a spa, a gym, two restaurants and sophisticated nightly entertainment. Guests staying at Hamilton Estate are welcome to use the Sugar Ridge facilities.
Each of our three villas stands in its own garden and has 3 en-suite bedrooms, expansive internal and external living areas, and a private swimming pool with sundeck.
Guests staying at one of our villas can choose to include one or more days of their holiday aboard our 50' sailing yacht. Further details can be found at the end of this page.

Combine your stay with a day's sailing: For a very special experience, a day on our 50' sailing yacht ' will definitely prove a holiday highlight. The yacht is spacious and fitted out to an extremely high standard with a comprehensive inventory of equipment for personal safety and comfort. For fun and relaxation there are fins, masks and snorkels and a plethora of water toys; plus the tender for pottering about and shore leave.
There are so many places to explore around the coast of Antigua that each day on board offers new sights and destinations. You can choose to take it easy and relax for the day, leaving our crew to take care of everything, or you can actively participate in sailing the yacht. Snorkel over coral reefs and observe the Caribbean marine life - exotic fish, rays, turtles and dolphins - or laze on deck and enjoy freshly prepared meals with a choice of drinks. To end the day, drop anchor in another secluded bay, and enjoy canapés and cocktails as the sun goes down

Bay House has been designed for al fresco living with extensive verandas and decks that extend the internal spaces outwards. All principal rooms open to covered external areas, so suited to well-adjusted tropical living. The wide swing-back French doors can be secured open during the day to take full advantage of the cooling breezes and glorious sunshine. The 3 double bedrooms are all en-suite. The living area has French doors to two sides and is equipped with cable television, DVD player, hi-fi, and high-speed wireless Internet connection. The kitchen area is fully fitted with a range of base and wall units, oven with hob, a large fridge/freezer, and a washing machine. Doors lead out to the dining veranda which has a charcoal barbeque. Ceiling fans and air conditioning are fitted in all rooms. There are two large covered verandas and an open deck with a 28' x 14' pool. The villa has its own private garden.

We could not have been more pleased with a villa rental. The owner was very helpful and answered all our questions before booking. The building was clean, well-kept with many amenities. It had a full-size pool which we used everyday (many have only plunge pools). The kitchen was big enough to cook for seven with no problem. We liked the location - as this was our fourth trip to Antigua, we wanted to try the southwestern coast. We spent a wonderful Christmas, Boxing Day, son's birthday and New Year's holidays in 2008. Close to many beaches, we picked a different on for each day. Would very, very highly recommend this villa for rental. Hope to return here someday soon.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The villas was most accommodating and conveniently located near everything. The apartments and grounds were well appointed.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers.
