Location: Iron River, Upper Peninsula, Michigan, USA (5.5 hours from the Chicago area - 2 Miles from Ski Brule)

This is a modern home built in 2002 with a wrap-around deck that provides the best view on the lake. The master bedroom has a private bath. There is a ping pong table and air hockey table. The house is 2700 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths - sleeps 12 to 14 comfortably. Plenty of room for everyone! Five minutes from Ski Brule down hill ski area. Adjacent to snow mobile trails. Two electric fireplaces, two 14 foot aluminum row boats, water trampoline and paddle boat are provided. Pets are welcome. There is a washer/dryer available in the utility room. Relax after a fun day in the UP in the outdoor hot tub overlooking the lake. Wireless Internet now available.

The home is secluded, quiet and has 158 feet of lake frontage on pristine Stanely Lake. The fabulous Ski Brule is 2 miles away and offers cross-country and down hill skiing as well as horse back riding and canoe rentals. George Young Recreational Area offers championship golf, driving range, indoor pool and is only 15 minutes away. Stanley Lake covers 300 acres and has a water depth of 45 feet. Fish include Muskie, Walleye and Small Mouth Bass. There's a public boat launch nearby if you would like to bring your own boat. Great fishing right off the dock. Firewood provided to warm up in the evenings around the campfire overlooking the lake. Roasting sticks provided marshmellow or hot dog cooking.

  • Lakefront: There is a breathtaking view from almost every room of this lake home. Best view on Stanley Lake. There is 150 feet of private frontage with your own dock.
