A FULLY SERVICED VILLA: At Villa El Molino you won't have to do any home chores. El Molino is one of the very few (World Wide) fully serviced Villas available for rent. This means first and foremost, that our House Masters will make you feel totally at home, and also, that quietly, while you relax and enjoy yourselves, a well trained couple will cater to all your needs: cooking (you can always do your own), table waiting, bar tending, room cleaning, general housekeeping, dish washing, overall maintenance, plus tending to any other reasonable demand.
MOODS AND SETTINGS: The Villa is yours, and yours alone to enjoy. It is occupied by only one party at a time, be it a family or a group of families. And no matter how many or how few you are, it’s always a pleasurable place. Its architecture plays an important role. Its design, its friendly swimming pool, its NEW, fully equipped cabana, its extended adjoining gardens, foster -in an almost magical way - both privacy and proximity, elegancy and informality, open festiveness and quiet relaxation. Each couple or age group, and the party as a whole, have multiple options at hand as the day moves on, from dawn to twilight, from the warmth of bright sunlight to the pleasant breeze of a starry, moonlit night.
AND MARGARITA IS SOMETHING ELSE... Villa El Molino is only 5 to 20 minutes away by car from the most exuberant sandy beaches, some shown at our website, with quality beachside restaurants. And 20 minutes away from Margarita's three principal cities: Porlamar, Pampatar, Juan Griego. La Asuncion, the state capital, is ten minutes away. Margarita's International airport is 30 minutes away. Finally, some of the most attractive shopping centers anywhere in the world are quite near. And so are exquisite restaurants, plus any and all services modern cities have to offer.
FACILITIES: Villa El Molino is totally equipped and furnished. The main building has five air-conditioned double bedrooms with incorporated bathrooms and closets. Two have single beds and a cot may be added. For exceptionally large groups, there is also a large sofa bed in the loft. It's social area includes two ample living rooms, two indoor terraces, a twelve person dining room, the mentioned loft, and a (1/2) bathroom for visitors. On the far end of the property, we have a second building, a fully equipped 600 ft. cabaña with a number of entertainmet facilities, and two (1/2) bathrooms. |
