We usually stay at Westins, but decided to give this condo a try. We were very happy with our decision. I would recommend this property to anyone. It was comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. We especially loved the sunsets - a short walk on the golf course and then looking out over the ocean. The air conditioning was a plus, too - though we used it very little. We also liked the newly re-tiled pool and jacuzzi. We also found the owner to be very helpful with any questions. This was really home away from home for us. It was hard to leave!

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This condo was the most fabulous condo we've stayed in. It more than exceeded our expectations. I loved the location -tucked inside, very quiet, friendly neighbors, no roosters and yes, AC. We loved how its luxuriosly decoarated and the paintings by local artists really make the home shine. The condo was equipped with top notch furnishings and bedding, kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking up a feast. The bathrooms and showers were so luxurious, decked in granite. Every small detail was tended to from bug sprays and sunblock to beach gear, snorkel gear, sand toys etc which we made good use of. We will be recommending this condo to friends. We saw lots of birds by the edge of the cliff on the golf course. The Albatross on the golf course was a hit with kids! My kids had fun feeding the red crested cardinals ! The sunset from the cliff is one the best in Princeville. We stayed at the Hyatt last year and found this condo to be a superior stay. Enough said ! :)

This unit is by far the best of the 6 condos we've stayed at in Princeville. It is well appointed, and very well decorated with island artwork, most from local artists. The unit is also well supplies with necessities (other than food, of course) so when staying for a longer period, you don't need to go shoping the night you get in. And, it's clean and in great condition. The complex is also well maintained, and the residents are fiendly. This place makes you feel as if you are a resident, not just a visitor. We've already made reservations for next year. The

We recently spent 2 weeks in Kauai, and this condo made an ideal home base. Very quiet complex in a great location. As for the condo, it is beautifully furnished, well stocked, and extremely comfortable. Often renting a condo means dealing with various issues -- things that don't work quite right, or aren't quite clean, etc. -- and literally not once did we have that experience even once while at this condo. A truly delightful place to stay, and we would be thrilled to return.

We loved the north side of Kauai and this condo. The location was perfect for exploring and the condo itself was wonderful - spacious, comfortable, and well stocked with board games and everything you need for the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Laura, Seattle, WA

Ann, Your condo was both very comfortable and elegant. I really enjoyed the beautiful pictures you have in the rooms and the nice furniture; and I don't think anyone could complain about your condo lacking in the latest electronic gadgetry. The stove in the kitchen is really user friendly. Every night I rested very comfortably because both the condo and your neighbors are very quiet in the evening hours. We are very glad that we had the pleasure to stay in you Kauai home. You put a lot of love and care into this place. We would recommend it to anyone. Dear Ann, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this month at Emmalani. This was our second outstanding stay in two years and it was even better this time. Princeville is a true Shangrila with lush tropical beauty on all sides, unique and secret ocean beaches and sea cliffs, golf, hiking and snorkeling. Emmalani 212 was gorgeous with its new travertine floors, granite and cherry wood kitchen, and travertine baths with multi-head shower, and every convenience provided. The newly remodeled community pool and hot tub added to the luxurious feel at Emmalani. Peace, privacy, scenic golf views on the newly designed PGA Princeville ocean course, and the magic of another stay in a beautiful Princeville home all made this an unforgettable time. Ann and Blair, your condo. was a home away from home in paradise. The attention to artistic detail, comfort, and beauty is absolutely beyond compare. High quality linens, plush carpet, plenty of hot water for relaxing tubs, all the sporting gear we could ever need, like-home appliances and cooking utensils made us not want for anything - when can you ever say that about a rental? We loved being able to walk the winding tropical path to Hideaways Beach to swim and snorkel. Sunrise from the back patio and master bedroom gently beckons to enjoy the day; we found ourselves not wanting to miss it, it was that beautiful. We loved the walk to the Princeville Hotel's Living Room and gorgeous view of Hanalei Bay, not to mention the live music in the lobby that we enjoyed for an hour after sunset. We loved being able to quickly access the tranquility of the north shore of Kaua'i - a hiker's and snorkeler's paradise. To return home to your home was truly a treat; everything was inviting, comfortable, pristine - the authentic, local artistic touches made it wonderful to come home to after great days in the sun/water/on the trails.

Welcome to our Kauai vacation condo! After visiting many times we decided that we would like to spend more time here once our kids are older. That's in quite a while! In the mean time they love to come with us. We have just finished completely remodeling the place. I hope you find that we have provided everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Hi Ann:Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your condo. It is perfect and so close to all the best places in Princeville – we walked at least once daily through the Hanalei Bay Resort to the beach and back up the elevator at the Princeville Hotel as we have done on past visits. It is such a spectacular setting, and your place has been a delight. We have had up to 6-7 albatrosses at once flying, clacking, squawking and wandering about the entire time. Very entertaining and interesting.
