Come enjoy the Aloha spirit in this beautiful, completely remodeled Emmalani Court, ground level condo. Gorgeous travertine floors, slab granite and cherry cabinets. Enjoy the spectacular golf and ocean views. Watch the golfers play hole eight of the Robert Trent Jr. designed 27 hole Ocean Makai Course. Walk 50 yards to the bluff and watch a famous "Bali Hai" sunset or wake up to a sunrise on your own private lanai. Step outside the complex and take a walk or jog along the 3 mile paved Princeville Path. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Princeville Hotel, beach, and restaurants as well as famous Hideaways Beach. Hideaway's is rated as one of the best snorkeling spots on Kauai! Kauai is the oldest of the Hawaiian Islands and has some of the best and most diverse beaches (all public) and scenery. Swimming, shelling, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, surfing, windsurfing, boogie boarding, and kite sailing can all be done with-in a few minutes drive. Long term rentals accepted for lower monthly rates.
Did I mention hiking? There is fantastic hiking all over Kauai. The famous Na Pali Coast trail, "Kalalau trail", is a 20 minute drive, at Ke'e Beach (fabulous lagoon). There are two tennis clubs (one is walking distance), the Princeville Tennis Club and the Hanalei Bay Tennis Club. There is the wonderful Princeville Health Spa, (5 min. drive) that offers a full gym, aerobic, yoga, and dance classes, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, massage and facials. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates are available to the public. Walk to the Makai Club Golf Course or play the famous Prince Course nearby. Discounted golf rates with lease agreement!
This complex has a nicely landscaped pool, spa, rec. room and gas BBQ's, great for hanging out after a busy day. The condo is situated in the back of the complex (no road noise ) and is very quiet. You can hear birds, distant waves and an occasional chicken.
Nine-foot ceilings and a wall of windows allow lots of light and cool tradewind breezes. We have all new ceiling fans. For those extra steamy days enjoy watching a movie on the new "42" TV in the air conditioned living area, or relax and listen to a Hawaiian music CD. We also provide free wireless internet service.
The master bedroom has a king bed, "36" TV, and a large tumbled travertine walk-in shower in the bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed with a "19" TV. We also have a queen sofabed in the living room. This unit can be locked off to rent as a 1 bed/1 bath for a lower price. We provide an ipod speaker/stereo, games, cards, tennis racquets, beach mats, boogie boards, snorkeling sets, beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, beach bag and even sand toys! Why the Owner Chose Emmalani Court
We love the beautiful island of Kauai and have been going over there for the last 20 years. After staying in Princeville we fell in love with the north shore and all the different beaches. We decided to buy a vacation condo to spend more time in our retirement years and to take the kids over in the summer months. We hope that you will find it as magical as we do!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Nice views from our lanai over the Makai Golf Course to the ocean. We enjoy watching the golfer's play and viewing the Albatross birds nesting on the course. We can walk to the Princeville Hotel for sunset drinks and snorkeling/swimming at Hideaway's Beach. We can walk to Queen's bath to watch the turtles and we enjoy jogging on the Princeville path outside our complex. Coming home and relaxing after a scenic hike at our pool and hot tub is a treat!

I really enjoyed the beautiful pictures you have in the rooms and the nice furniture; and I don't think anyone could complain about your condo lacking in the latest electronic gadgetry. The stove in the kitchen is really user friendly. Every night I rested very comfortably because both the condo and your neighbors are very quiet in the evening hours. Dear Ann, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this month at Emmalani. This was our second outstanding stay in two years and it was even better this time. Princeville is a true Shangrila with lush tropical beauty on all sides, unique and secret ocean beaches and sea cliffs, golf, hiking and snorkeling. Emmalani 212 was gorgeous with its new travertine floors, granite and cherry wood kitchen, and travertine baths with multi-head shower, and every convenience provided. The newly remodeled community pool and hot tub added to the luxurious feel at Emmalani. Peace, privacy, scenic golf views on the newly designed PGA Princeville ocean course, and the magic of another stay in a beautiful Princeville home all made this an unforgettable time. Welcome to our Kauai vacation condo! After visiting many times we decided that we would like to spend more time here once our kids are older. That's in quite a while! In the mean time they love to come with us. We have just finished completely remodeling the place. I hope you find that we have provided everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Hi Ann: Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your condo. It is perfect and so close to all the best places in Princeville – we walked at least once daily through the Hanalei Bay Resort to the beach and back up the elevator at the Princeville Hotel as we have done on past visits. It is such a spectacular setting, and your place has been a delight. We have had up to 6-7 albatrosses at once flying, clacking, squawking and wandering about the entire time. Very entertaining and interesting.
