The nicely decorated, reverse and open floor plan allows for a comfortable setting. Every room has a breathtaking view of the water. Upstairs includes the dining room area, full kitchen with bar, one full bathroom, and two bedrooms. Downstairs includes four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and washer and dryer. There is also a dry entrance access for your convenience when the weather is bad. You will have the luxury of large decks to capture the panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, yachts sailing in the Intracoastal Waterway, and a good chance of catching a glance at dolphins. Or, sit on the front porch and enjoy the sunrise over the ocean while having your morning coffee.
Area: For golfers, there is North Shore Country Club, an awesome, Four Star course three miles from the house!
For the little ones, a playground and park is located two miles from the house along with basketball courts. Putt-Putt golf is just a few miles down the road. And, there is one of the best fishing piers in North Carolina 1 mile from the house. Great "Shell Finding" Beach.
