Great gulf and bay view! One-bedroom with built-in bunks, one-bath condominium located on the sixth floor at the brand new Indies Complex. This unit maintains a scenic view of the bay from the master bedroom, and the large, private balcony is incredibly picturesque, overlooking beautiful beach homes and the gulf.

This non-smoking condominium unit is newly furnished and exquisitely decorated. It features a king-sized bed, two built-in bunk beds and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The kitchen is newly equipped with stainless steel appliances and a full complement of cookware and dishes. The entertainment center features a TV and a DVD/VCR combination player.

Lots of shopping and activities for adults and kids, including Tanger Outlet only 25 minutes away, and yet, a serene sense of privacy within the Indies community! Grocery shopping and restaurants, including fine dining only 20-25 minutes away. Also, the old Fort and a car ferry to Daulphin Island & Mobile less than 5 minutes from the complex.

* Must be 25 or older to rent unit; adults and families only.
* $200 reservation/security deposit due within one week of making reservation; confirmation will be sent; full rental price plus cleaning fee due 14 days prior to reservation date.
* No smoking and no pets.
