La Jolla is an relaxed beach town with plenty of shopping, restaurants and recreation. Just a one-minute walk will get you to the beach or use our cruiser bikes to ride on the strand. We also have boogie boards for you to use free of charge. Or go all out and hit downtown San Diego for all its dining and entertainment, located just 15 minutes South.
There is plenty of room for relaxing either on the patio or out on the balcony as you watch the sunset over the Pacific, or simply walk one block down to the waterfront for the most amazing sunset you have ever seen!

Why the Owner Chose Other La Jolla Properties
I used to live in this house. When my family and I moved out I decided to rent it as a vacation rental because that was the highest and best use for the property.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Location is the biggest benefit. My house is just a block from the nicest beach in San Diego; La Jolla Shores. I try to have everything one would want at the house, but not want to bring with them. I have everything you need at the beach including beach umbrellas, beach chairs, strand cruiser bikes, boogie and surf boards, beach toys and a wagon to haul it all in.
