Lovely home situated on a nice, quiet street. Sunroom overlooks golf course, lake with mountain views. Great place for breakfast in the mornings, and the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. Quail, ducks, and various other types of birds add to your relaxing pleasures. Clubhouse is within walking distance via pathways surrounded by beautiful lakes and trees.

There are many planned trips that are optional in and around Arizona and Mexico, all offered through group travels posted on clubhouse bulletin boards.

There is an 18-hole golf course that winds throughout this private community of Sun Lakes. There are also heated swimming pools, tennis courts, a spa, clubhouse with billiards room, card rooms, arts and crafts activities and fitness center, and various pool and aerobics classes with instructors.
