You will enjoy the large king-size master bedroom suite/bath with TV/VCR, oversized tub, separate shower, dual sinks, separate commode, and walk-in closets. Large kitchen with island seating for four, open floor plan, large formal dining with table for six, completely furnished living room with TV-DVD/VCR, fireplace, indoor laundry. Extra table with pamphlets, brochures and local maps to help guide you along. Member of High Springs Chamber of Commerce. Ichetucknee Springs State Park is 5 minutes from our home.
Three Rivers Estates has two private gated boat launch areas and several parks with access to the Santa Fe and Ichetucknee Rivers and keys are provided. Three rivers are within minutes of our home. Ginnie Springs is 20 minutes away and Devil's Den is approximately 45 minutes away. This is a popular area for diving, kayaking/canoeing or simply enjoying a relaxing float down the lazy, crystal clear rivers with springs bubbling all around. Hunters will enjoy a new range nearby and fishermen will enjoy great fishing on all three rivers, especially the Suwanee River.

Divers Delight is a clean, brand new fully equipped home with everything you need. All the furnishings are new as well. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in wooded back yard by the campfire and cooking out on the grill. It was like we were in the deep woods yet all the comforts of home were steps away. Ichetucknee Springs State Park is 5 min away as is many other springs and swimming/diving areas. The maps, brochures, dinning menus and owners comments on places to go and restaurants were especially helpful. I highly recommend this home for your next vacation.
