Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We purchased our home in 2008 and decided on Clearwater Beach primarily because of its proximity to the Gulf of Mexico and its short drive from the Tampa International Airport. North Beach, where our house is situated, is only a very short walk to the various beach bars, restaurants, shops and community pool. It's great waking up and walking across to the beach to have coffee and enjoy the water in the early morning. Our beach is very quiet, but all the activities, including jet sking, parasailing and numerous other water sports is only a stroll up the beach. In the evening, we can take in dinner at a local restaurant, watch the incredible sunset on the beach and finish with a relaxing time in our hot tub. We are ninety minutes from Disney World and thirty minutes from Busch Gardens and downtown Tampa which is great for the kids. Clearwater Beach is very popular during baseball spring training as we are only a fifteen minute drive to most of the ballparks, especially the Phillies!

Between the various theme parks, the sandy white beaches, the restaurants and bars and the numerous nature activites, Clearwater Beach is a great place to vacation. We understand that vacations come few and far between and believe our home, has the perfect size, accommodating up to fourteen people, and location to make your stay an enjoyable one.

We are the Lucchesi Family, my wife Angela and I have five children, ages 7 through 14. We live in the suburbs of Philadelphia Pennsylvania only a short drive to the New Jersey Shore. I am self employed and own a beverage distributorship company and Angela is a stay at home mom, the toughest job you'll ever love. We come to Clearwater Beach two times a year with our family and our in-laws. We also enjoy sneaking away several times a year on our own or with other couples. We are a sports family and all our children are involved in multiple sports. We are seldom in the same place with the same children at he same time, but we enjoy watching the games almost as much as the children enjoy playing.

A group of friends and I were in need of a stress relieving getaway, and we certainly received just that. Both the home owner and realtor were very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process, which definitely made things even easier than they already were. The house is a perfect vacation spot for anyone who needs some peace/tranquility but also close enough to anything and everything you may want to do. Ranging from restaurants, bar/clubs, water sports, retail shops etc..... You can walk to everything but they also have a trolley service as well as golf cart services to take you up and down the strip. The beach is right across the street and is absolutely beautiful, the best part is that it is on the quieter end of the beach (all the hotels, water sports, tourist section is at the other end). So you can lay on the beach in peace but also walk down the beach to check out what is going on as far as activities. The house is great, exactly as presented, we could not have been any happier with it, and we are all hoping to come back real soon. Much appreciation to Bill, Angela and Chris.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

What an awesome week we had at this beach rental. Bill was a pleasure to work with and the house is just a perfect vacation home. Great location, just steps from the beach it is very clean and has so many different areas to relax in. It is so inviting and comfortable you will feel right at home. You will love it! Can't wait to return.

We just got back from an incredible week in Clearwater Beach. The weather was awesome. And the beach house was great too. Bill, we loved all the improvements you made - I think the upper deck was everyone's favorite. This is our 2nd yr. staying there and we are looking forward to many more years. Thanks again for letting us escape the cold winters in Chicago :-) I would recommend this place to everyone - the location is awesome. Close to the beach and downtown shopping. It's a great place for families. Can't wait til March 2010!!!
