The perfect beach getaway! You will enjoy your vacation one block from the beautiful North Topsail Beaches. This duplex is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, 200 yards from the ocean. Beach access is just across a quiet, low traffic street. The upper level patio offers views of the sound/marsh as well as the ocean. The duplex was completely renovated inside and out in the fall of 2005.
New floors, carpet, paint, kitchen counter tops, and appliances. The second level consists of three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed and it's own bathroom. The two other bedrooms have twin beds and share a hallway bathroom.
The first level consists of a sitting/tv room, dining area, full kitchen, large screened in porch, and a half bath. Every bedroom has a patio, and a TV. Come see why North Topsail is the best kept secret in North Carolina!

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
IN Season: 5/30 to 8/21 (Saturday-Saturday only) = $945/week.
MID Season: 5/9 to 5/29 and 8/22 to 9/4 = $745/week.
OFF Season: 1/1 to 5/8 and 9/5 to 12/31 = $545/week.
Weekely rates include the cleaning fee.
Last minute bookings..... call for special rates!!!
3 day or $300 minimum rental during mid and off season.
Booking fee = $45. Refundable security deposit. Linens available (optional).
