This one bedroom, park model trailer has an attached Florida Room that is air-conditioned and has a great cross ventilation breeze. There is parking for one car beside or under the carport of the trailer. The trailer is 12 years old and has been kept up well. The trailer is located within a condominium park of 60 trailers that is located on a canal with access out to the gulf.

PLAN YOUR NEXT YEAR FLORIDA GET-A-WAY. LOOKING FOR A 2 MONTH RENTAL OR MORE FOR FALL 06/WINTER 07. Call to discuss shorter periods of rental. We prefer not to have pets in this unit. The majority of units in this compound are occupied by seasonal couples. There are only a few permanent residents. A cleaning deposit of $150 will be returned if the unit is left as clean as on arrival.
